    The Space:

    Step into a bright and inviting duplex apartment in Manchester’s lively Ancoats neighborhood, where open spaces and thoughtful touches set the tone for your stay. Sip morning coffee in the kitchen diner as sunlight filters through, or unwind with a game of pool before gathering around the 85-inch TV for a movie night. Every corner of this spacious abode blends comfort and ease, designed for guests seeking both relaxation and connection near the heart of the city.

    The downstairs living area serves as the centerpiece of the apartment, offering room to gather and unwind. Challenge your friends to a round on the professional 7 ft pool table or stretch out on the custom-designed supersized sofa. Stream your favorite shows on Sky, Netflix, or Prime Video and make use of the two double sofa beds when you need extra sleeping space. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.     Across two floors, the apartment features four king-size bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering space and privacy for every guest. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have their own bathroom - one with a shower and bath, the other with a rainfall shower. Downstairs, the master bedroom includes an en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower, and another bedroom provides abundant wardrobe space. All rooms include blackout curtains and triple wardrobes, ensuring restful nights.

    You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer, free dryer, bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, enjoy heating and portable fans, and take advantage of a dedicated workspace for remote work.



    Safety and security

    The property is fitted with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras at the front door and two Minut decibel sensors in communal areas provide peace of mind while respecting privacy, as they do not record.



    Access and parking

    Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and a public pay-and-display car park sits conveniently next to the building. Please note that the lower ground floor is accessible only via stairs, as there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind when booking to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £60.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
