The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Malva | The Heim, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's Northern Quarter. The property features stylish, contemporary interiors with elegant panelled walls, a smart home setup, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a six-seater dining table - perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together - which also doubles as an excellent workspace for those travelling on business. Cleaning supplies are also provided: washing up liquid, one washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth & two bin liners.
Bedroom
The king-size bedroom is a calm, restful retreat fitted with blackout curtains to keep early morning light at bay, and a spacious double wardrobe to keep your space organised throughout your stay.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a large waterfall shower and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. Bath towels and hand towels are also provided for your stay.
Living area
The living area is a comfortable and inviting space, centred around a plush sofa and a 55" smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Elegant panelled walls add character to the room.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed - depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
Malva is situated in Manchester's Northern Quarter, one of the city's most characterful and well-connected districts. Shudehill, The Arndale shopping centre, and the Printworks entertainment complex are all within easy reach, and Manchester Victoria Station is nearby for onward travel. There is a public car park located in the surrounding area.
Please note that as this is a city centre apartment building, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants.
Additional features
Self check-in is available via a smart lock for a seamless arrival. The building is located on the 3rd floor and benefits from elevator access. Additional in-home amenities include a hair dryer, iron, portable fans, heating, hangers, clothing storage, wine glasses, room-darkening shades, and a full suite of home safety features - including noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's iconic Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. Shudehill bus and metrolink station is a couple of minutes down the road. Manchester Victoria train station is also a 5 minute walk away. The Arndale Shopping Centre is also very close by.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment.
We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
