The area also sits close to both the M56 and M60 motorways, making it an excellent base for guests arriving by car or needing to travel onwards across the wider region.

    Getting around is straightforward. A bus stop is just three minutes on foot, served by Bee Network routes 43 and 103 running regularly towards Wythenshawe Town Centre and Manchester city centre. The Wythenshawe Town Centre Metrolink tram stop is approximately ten minutes on foot, with trams running every ten to twelve minutes towards Manchester city centre — an onward journey of approximately forty minutes. Manchester city centre is approximately fifteen minutes by car and Manchester Airport is approximately ten minutes by car, making this apartment a natural choice for guests flying in or out during their stay.     Booking Policy
    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


    Cancellation Policy
    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
