    The Space:

    We are excited to welcome you to Elysium, a stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex penthouse apartment located in Manchester's vibrant Chinatown district. The property features an open-plan layout, a private balcony with city skyline views & thoughtfully curated interiors throughout. This apartment sleeps up to 8 guests.



    Kitchen & dining area

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven and grill, electric stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt and pepper. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, making it ideal for a relaxed morning or a casual bite between city adventures. A dining table creates a welcoming space for enjoying a meal together with family and friends.



    Bedrooms

    There are 3 bedrooms, all fitted with blackout shades and ample storage including spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom features a cosy seating area, an ensuite bathroom, and generous storage. The remaining bedrooms are equally well-appointed, each with soft bedding, stylish headboards, and large windows that frame city views - giving every guest a comfortable and restful space to recharge.



    Bathrooms

    There are 2.5 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a bathtub, while the ensuite offers a shower. A convenient downstairs W/C completes the layout. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



    Living area

    The open-plan living area features a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day out in the city. Whether you're catching up on your favourite shows or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this space is designed to feel like home.



    Sofa bed

    The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you're unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.



    Location & parking

    Elysium is located in Manchester's city centre district of Chinatown. The Northern Quarter, Gay Village, and City Tower are all within easy walking distance, and public transport links make the rest of the city easily accessible. A public car park is located nearby for guests arriving by car.



    Workspace

    A dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable chair is available in the common area - ideal for guests travelling on business or anyone needing to stay productive during their visit.



    Laundry

    In-unit laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, and drying rack - everything you need for longer stays or simply keeping things fresh. A cleaning box is also provided, containing a sponge, mini washing-up liquid, 1 laundry pod, and a cloth.



    Please note: complimentary items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.



    Balcony

    Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the city skyline. It's a great spot for a morning coffee or a moment to yourself before heading out to explore.



    Safety & comfort

    Elysium is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, central heating, and central air conditioning - ensuring comfort and peace of mind year-round. Please be aware that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.



    As a guest at The Heim, you can enjoy an exclusive 20% discount at the iconic Alchemist on New York Street on selected days - just a short walk from the apartment.



    Guest Access:

    Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



    In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



    Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

    The Neighborhood:

    There are plenty of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants around the apartment building, including the iconic Alchemist on New York Street where The Heim guests can receive an exclusive 20% discount on selected days.



    Getting Around:

    This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Chinatown, a short walking distance from St Peter's Square, Piccadilly Gardens, and The Arndale. There is a public car park located down the road called 'China Town Car Park' - charges may apply. The closest metrolink tram stations are Piccadilly Gardens and St Peter's Square. Manchester Piccadilly Train Station is less than 10-minutes walking distance.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.



    We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



    Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
