The Space:
BEDROOMS
Although we are in the city centre you will not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. Our building is uniquely positioned on a quiet street so you will be able to have a good night's sleep in our quiet apartment. There is plenty of storage and we provide fresh linen and towels for each guest.

A cosy living room, lovingly decorated and the perfect place to relax with a brew after a long day in the city centre.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a washer dryer and everything else you would expect.

A dining table that seats 4, which also works well as a desk for those working from home.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
Fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A travel cot is available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
Guest Access:
You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.

The apartment is in the Northern Quarter, one of Manchester's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Right on your doorstep you will find independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants, vintage stores, and street art around every corner. Piccadilly Gardens is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Arndale Centre and Market Street shopping district are within easy reach. Manchester Arena, the Etihad Campus, and Old Trafford are all a short journey from the apartment. It is a brilliant base for exploring everything the city has to offer.
Getting Around:
Manchester Piccadilly station is around a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and beyond. This makes the property incredibly easy to reach by public transport from across the UK.
The nearest Metrolink tram stop is Market Street, about a 5 minute walk away, connecting you to the entire tram network including routes to MediaCityUK, the Etihad Stadium, and Manchester Airport.
Paid parking is available at NCP, Goulden Street, Manchester M4 5FR, right next to the building for around £5 a day. There is no need to book in advance.
Uber operates throughout the city.
