"Nice place, clean and quaint. Beachy vibe with home like amenities. Odd observation: Toilet and its plumbing are old and only seem to be able to be flushed once every 20 minutes. With multiple people that can be awkward. All else very good. Would stay again. "

"We were looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay for our visit to Salem. This place was exactly that. Three minute drive to the center of Salem, and in walking distance to Beverly shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet as well. Next time we decide to visit Salem we will be checking to see if this place is available again."

"We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice...

"Pros: Adorable, cozy house! Very clean and well set up. While the house was small, the bathroom/shower was nice and large. It was located in a nice quiet area.Cons: Would recommend hanging the upstairs curtains higher to cover the transom window and change them to darker/blackout. The streetlight shining in kept us up and made it hard to sleep.Overall a great place though!"

"We loved Salem and really liked this location! You do need to be able to walk a bit, but it is not far from most tourist sites Great for a brief stay to see Salem. Outdoor furniture there but you need to be able to lift it to use Kitchen can use TLC. Super easy access and snug "

"Gracious hosts with a comfortable, well-appointed home near community favorite spots, beach, bike path and The Commons. Easy area to walk, parking at home is tricky but can easily park one block away. Highly recommend. "

"Our stay was great! Check-in was very easy and the hosts were there to meet us. The apartment was very clean. Diana does not give herself enough credit with the amenities and supplies that are provided. Plenty of sheets, blanket and towels as well as bath products and cleaning products if you need them. Beach towels and chairs were easily accessible. There was a side patio that I made use of to do some reading one morning. A hair dryer, iron, and fan were also available. It is a great location...

"What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....
