    Nuestra propiedad tiene la mejor vista de la zona y se encuentra a 3-5 minutos a pie y 1 minuto en auto a la playa pública (Marchiquita). Esta playa es considerada una reserva natural en Puerto Rico. Solo hay otras 12 áreas de reserva natural en Puerto Rico. En los alrededores hay otras tres playas muy bonitas también! (La Poza de las Mujeres, la playa de La Esperanza y la playa de Los Tubos).

    Desde la propiedad en la playa, tiene una vista espectacular del océano de 180 grados desde la terraza exterior ¡Puedes disfrutar de la brisa del océano, la luna y las estrellas en el cielo desde la cubierta exterior!

    La casa tiene una sala de estar y comedor interior, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, conexión por cable, acceso a internet wifi gratuito, DVD, reproductor de CD y radio. Cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina eléctrica / horno, tostadora, cafetera, etc.

    El primer dormitorio tiene 1 litera (doble / doble) y una cama doble adicional en la misma habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El baño se encuentra entre los dos dormitorios. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado, así como una cómoda y armarios dobles. La sala familiar / de televisión tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, que se puede usar como tercer dormitorio.

    Hay una terraza cubierta frente al mar, una terraza exterior y un área de parrillas para barbacoa en el jardín de la propiedad. Además de los acondicionadores de aire en las habitaciones, la casa cuenta con ventiladores de techo y ventanas operables con pantallas.

    Servicios: secador de pelo, juegos de mesa, ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios de cocina, ollas y sartenes, platos e información turística y mapas.

    El servicio de limpieza está incluido antes del check in y después del check out del alquiler. Servicio de limpieza adicional está disponible bajo petición con un cargo adicional de $ 60. 00 por cada día extra de limpieza solicitado.

    A través de la televisión por cable, se pueden ver las redes de Estados Unidos. La radio tiene una estación de habla inglesa.

    Para los niños pequeños están disponibles 2 cunas para bebés, 1 asiento para el automóvil, 2 asientos elevados (a pedido).

    Hay una zona de jardín exterior para fumadores, ya que hay una política de no fumar dentro de la casa.

    Supermercado y panadería está a poca distancia de la casa. ¡Un minuto en coche! En esta panadería podrás desayunar o llevar comida.

    En caso de asistencia con la propiedad, hay algunos contactos cercanos que pueden ayudarlo de inmediato. Número de teléfono de contacto se dejará en las instalaciones. Estos recursos son bilingües, por lo que no deberían tener problemas para comunicarse con usted.

    Estancia mínima 4 noches.

Good location if you like exploring unique beaches and caves. Super mercado is close, beaches walking distance close, but still recommend driving, beautiful sunsets & hiking. KeFeina cafe was excellent - only 20 minutes away, and local Azul Costa seafood place also good only 5 minutes & sports bar in the area was good, too. I would come back. Place is very basic, definitely not high end, but you have everything you need. This place is about 50-55 minutes from San Juan & 12-15 minutes from Barceloneta.

It is a very nice place to be. I felt very comfortable with the neighborhood, the view is one of the best I have seen. The host was helpfull and provided me with everything that I needed to gain access to the property. I visit my country every year and I am looking forward to stay there.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely perfect time! The place is prettier, bigger and more welcoming than pictures show! The view is breath taking. Super close gorgeous beaches, great food and the prefect house.

This home is better than advertised.

This home has the perfect location for someone that wants to see the whole island or just plant themselves on the beach. We travelled around a bit and had a great time. Lots to see and do in Puerto Rico. A beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and so is a grocery store with a great bakery. Overall great place to stay

Property is a slice of paradise. I could spend my whole vacation on the patio watching the waves. The Host was very prompt with her responses and she offered solutions to our inquiries. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings. The location was perfect for us because we were meeting our future in-laws who lived nearby. Beaches around the corner.. pictures are taken from that the house’s terrace where I spent most of my time.

Breathtaking beach house

Beautiful beach house with breathtaking ocean views of Mar Chiquita beach. The house is very clean, relaxing, big and comfortable. Perfect location with spacious porch facing the ocean. Quiet and beautiful!

The terrace at Villa Ilusion 2 is glorious! We loved sitting and taking in the beautiful views morning, afternoon, and evening. The location was easy to find, literally around the corner from Mar Chiquita, and while a little off the beaten path, it was worth it for the quiet, relaxing, and secure area. We felt very safe. Ita was very responsive when we had questions and excellent to work with. We highly recommend Villa Ilusion 2!

Amazing ! Relaxing ! What a view!!

My family enjoyed our time here , the views of the ocean , sunset to the left and sunrise to the right is just perfect . The communication was on spot . Mar chiquita just down the road . the sound of the waves were very relaxing . Base in my FB pictures I had share this place with several friends .I will stay there again . Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us .

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The outdoor space is the standout feature of this property. The views are beautiful, and there is plenty of comfortable seating whether you want to relax in the sun or the shade. The beach area is also excellent for both swimming and simply enjoying the scenery.Inside, the kitchen is fully functional, the air conditioning does an excellent job keeping the house cool and removing humidity, and the lighting throughout the property is very well done. The location is another major plus, making it easy to access many of the area's attractions.There are a few things that could be improved. The kitchen knives are very dull, and having them sharpened would make cooking much more enjoyable. The master bathroom toilet takes over 10 minutes to refill between flushes, and the shower has inconsistent water temperature, occasionally turning cold or very hot without adjusting the controls. Water pressure is also fairly weak, making it difficult to rinse long hair.The neighboring property to the east leaves bright exterior lights on all night, which limits stargazing. In addition, two dogs at a property two homes down to the west bark for much of the day and evening, often beginning around 6 a.m. Finally, access to the property requires downloading an app to operate the gate, which may not appeal to guests who prefer not to share personal information with another service.Overall, this is a great property with an amazing outdoor space and excellent

Beautiful location!

Villa Ilusion 2 at Mar Chiquita was a wonderful place to stay for my wife, a Boricua from Bayamon, and several adult kids--all of us traveled from Texas and Ohio to be together. The location overlooking the ocean near Playa Mar Chiquita is splendid and peaceful--especially the second floor patio. The house was spotlessly clean, large, and very comfortable with excellent AC and Wifi. The kitchen was well stocked and all three bedrooms were well provisioned including bath and beach towels. There is private parking for three vehicles and the home is only 1 minute from the beach and 2 minutes from a small grocery store by car. The beach was an 8 minute walk. The town of Manati is an easy 10 minute drive, including to the cinema, multiple restaurants, and shopping. The airport and Old San Juan are an easy 45 minute drive. The owner was rapidly responsive to all questions and inquiries via text and email. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'd love to return. I highly recommend it and am grateful for such a perfect vacation with family in a great location!

Amazing perfect 10 stars highly recommend.

The interior of this beautiful home and modern appliances made our vacation simply amazing and stress free. The exterior of the property has a beautiful manicured landscape that compliments the view 100%. The interior of the house was Extremely Clean and the bed linens, towels etc very clean, basically New. The views are stunning and the sounds of the waves omg.. the list can go on !!!! Highly recommend to family and friends.

Awesome vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week and the pictures don't do it justice. The location was perfect, I loved sitting in the morning outside on the patio listening to the waves crashing in while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. Air-conditioning worked great, we had an issue with the microwave that was quickly fixed. Communication with the owners was easy and very responsive. We visited 3 of the many beaches in the area and had a blast, one which was recommended by Fernando ( Hacienda de Esperanza) can't wait to book our next trip here!

A magical vacation

We stayed for six days in the most beautiful house with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first morning there was a rainbow over the water and every day was better than the day before. The house is a five minute walk from a wonderful beach. There was some confusion when we arrived in Puerto Rico. We thought our host was meeting us at the car rental, so we lost some time getting to the house and arrived very late. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Beach vacation

Wonderful views. Comfortable house. Deck was magnificent. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Great ice maker. Short walk or drive to Mar Chiquita beach. Fully stocked grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing View

We absolutely loved this place! What an amazing view from the deck. There is a lovely indoor/outdoor flow so you feel like you're out on the deck even when you're inside. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed to stay and eat in, if needed. There is a supermarket around the corner, but it is down a large, steep hill so a walk would be a workout. There is a walmart 15 mins away. There are some really good restaurants (blue azul, food trucks are great). We had the microwave stop working - the hosts were always very responsive and they bought a replacement the very next day. Great experience! Thank you!!

What a view
