"Second time staying here and will return again and again. Nicely decorated and well stocked for your stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host is always friendly and accommodating!! "

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Englewood Beach on Manasota Key. My husband is disabled so it’s always a little worrisome, assessing property pictures and getting information from owners to determine if a place will meet our needs. The owner was totally responsive and got back to me right away, and the property was beautiful and comfortable and completely met our needs. The best part was the very easy access up a ramp to a seating area that overlooked the Gulf...

"We rented this property for 5 nights while visiting friends in the area. The house was beautiful and located a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and utilized the gas grill provided. The owner was good about responding to inquiries. This included graciously allowing us to have our 2 small dogs stay with us (we requested in advance). Englewood wasn't busy when we visited, so our stay was truly relaxing and low key...Just perfect!"

"Host went above and beyond working with last minute changes to my booking due to son being hospitalized. The outside of the building doesn't compare to how nice the remodel is on the inside. The place was nice and clean. It had some extras to go shark tooth hunting and sit on the beach. Even tho I ended up leaving in a rush and left the kitchen a bit messy. They were still extremely nice and professional about things. I honestly can't recommend it enough. "
