"The view is amazing, but the rest not so much. I would have preferred an additional seat other than the futon, it was very uncomfortable. Although empathized "no smoking", someone had smoked in the trailer and there was even an ashtray on a table in the living room. I saw roaches and a sock in the living room. I checked out after one night."

"This was the best experience we could have hoped for! First time renting like this and we were a little nervous about what to expect. Everything went so smooth and perfect. "Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!"

"The place was overbooked and they didn’t respond on several attempts to reach them. My money was taken from my account, so now I have the hassle of trying to get it back. Do to the lack of communication from property owner, I would pass on his property."

"The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"
