"The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!"

"This is our second year in this beautiful cape cod home. Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. "We stayed at this beautiful beach house with our family and absolutely loved it, even though our trip coincided with Hurricane Erin! The house itself made up for the bad weather. It’s very spacious, with three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom downstairs that were perfect for the kids. "Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. "We had a wonderful time at this location that we actually booked an additional night. We had 4 adults so the three rooms fit us perfectly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and space for us all the spread out even on a rainy afternoon. We were able to crab and fish off the dock and we will definitely be booking again next year. "

We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night.
