Granada holiday for mixed group of friends

We had 8 people staying at Casa Blanca for various lengths of time - and all loved it. There are lots of different places (all in shade) to rest with great dining table and kitchen area. It is a wonderful pool for cooling down and great location. There can be a little street noise at night but we all got used to this very quickly. And Jacqueline who comes in every day is superb!!

Excellent Location/Fabulous Home for large groups

If you want a centralized location for your stay in Granada, you can't beat this property. It was literally a block from the main square in one direction and a block from a variety of restaurants and shops in the other direction. This was perfect for my elderly mother who has difficulty walking long distances. We loved the layout of the rooms where every room opened up into the courtyard with the pool. The pool was also a refreshing reprieve from the heat. Check in was super easy and the property manager will happily organize taxis from the airport or within other places in Nicaragua or other assistance you may need. While I mentioned that the location was in the heart of Granada, this could potentially be a turnoff for some people because it could get noisy (we were there during Christmas celebrations where there were activities in the plaza every night), but we preferred to be close to the activities and accept the noise in the street. This personally wasn't a problem for us so I will still give this property 5 stars!

Beautiful house that can accommodate up to 8-10 people. Impressive look at night with the lights on. Cleaning lady was very helpful. Property management was very responsive. We would stay in Caaa Blanca again!

Location, location, location!

Our family of kids aged from 8-17yo and included grandparents too, all had a wonderful time. The room layout is great for everyone to pick a bedroom with each one having their own bathrooms and with air conditioning, which was crucial in the heat of Granada during our visit. The pool was an added benefit after a hot day in the city. The absolute best part of the home is the location!, located in the heart of Granada and walkable to so much, close to many restaurants and shops. Must try is Garden Cafe for breakfast and dinner! Quick 10min drive to Islets of Granada for a sunset boat tour and easy 30min drive to Laguna de Apoyo for a day trip to Posada Ecologica la Abuela. We plan to return to this home whenever in Granada.

La Casa Blanca

I loved how Gloria, the person in charge, communicated with me a week before my arrival via WhatsApp and Vrbo. She made me and my family feel welcome and safe! I booked this property via Vrbo two months in advance and was unsure what to expect since it was my first time traveling with my family to Nicaragua. We loved the house and the fact they paid attention to details. They welcomed us with freshly made lemonade, beautiful flowers, delicious coffee, sugar, and safe drinking water! The location of the house was close to everything, and we felt safe! The pool is beautiful, and the house is gorgeous! I will recommend you stay here! This house only needs air conditioning in one of the bedrooms! Only 4 of the five bedrooms had air conditioning! La Casa Blanca is a fantastic place, and Gloria and their staff were happy to help us with anything we needed! My family and I are coming back to this lovely house!

Simply stunning

You cant beat the location of overall palace this place is. It's on the main strip. Right across from AM/PM and inside is incredible. Pool is stunning - we have been to Granada a bunch and hopefully won't ever have to stay anywhere else again

Amazing stay

Central location and a very spacious home. You will feel close to pretty much everything in Granada. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful as to any of my questions. The check in and out process was seamless. The area is a very safe place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Granada including my family and friends!

Excellent All Around

Had a wonderful 3 night stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house is just as it looks in the photos and had everything we could have needed. The pool was beautiful and a lovely way to cool down and for the kids to have fun. The house is right on the main thoroughfare. We kept joking that literally everything was within 5 blocks. Great communication on setting up our check in and the PM stocked up some basics, per our request, for a minimal fee. They also helped us plan a couple excursions and transportation. Super nice folks. The PM office is just across the street so really convenient. A top notch experience and we could not have asked for more.

This was the most gorgeous home and I loved every second I spent here.

Casa Blanca is truly a gem. I was able to lease out the entire home for a girls trip. There was ample space and bathrooms, the house was spotless when we arrive and the property manager was very attentive to our needs. She arranged excursions, transportation, dinner reservations and even booked us a personal chef. It truly was a magical stay and I will definitely be returning.

Great home

The pictures don't do this home justice. The place is gorgeous and perfect location. We had so much fun sitting out the front door and interacting with the locals. It was great to be able to walk to everything you need - restaurants, am/pm, centro, massages, church, etc. Hosts were super accommodating and flexible. Definitely want to come back.

House keeper, Maria Inez, was very nice lady and cleaned thoroughly. Elizabeth in office very responsive to our needs. Strangers sitting in my brother in law’s truck at 1:30 am. It was necessary to move it in middle of night to safe parking several blocks away.

Excellent location and great space!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca. I have been visiting Granada for many years and this was one of my favorite places to stay with a large group of friends. We all had plenty of space and the outdoor courtyard was great for socializing. Located right on the main Calle so it can be a bit noisy at night. But it is a fair trade off if you want to be centrally located.

Unbelievable villa!

We were just dazzled by how gorgeous this rental property was. The inner courtyard with the beautiful pool and gardens, was just spectacular. We spent many hours in the hot part of the day swimming in the pool, mornings in the hammock or sipping Nicaraguan coffee while watching the hummingbirds in the garden, and nights swimming under the stars. The kitchen was well equipped and they had a few staples for us already - sugar, coffee, some nice cookies. We didn't cook much because it was too convenient to go out for meals, the house is located right in the restaurant district. There are several really tempting restaurants just down the street. For breakfasts we went to Cafe de Arte, which is about 30 feet from the door and has the most delicious smoothies and great Nica breakfasts. Great pancakes too! The rooms were so comfortable and the beds were like Heaven. The AC worked great. We went during a festival weekend so we did have noise at night, but nothing we couldn't sleep through. And it was super fun to walk right outside and be in the heart of the festival. The staff were excellent. So kind and accommodating. We loved having Francisco as our driver and tour guide! He was so great with the kids and went out of his way to help us navigate our first time in Nica. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great communication for the rental, great information, easy pick up at the airport and arrangement of tours. Thank you so much! We hope to send more people your way because all our friends were drooling over our pictures! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful family house

My family of 8 and I had an amazing time at Casa Blanca! The housekeeper and staff were super professional and kind very attentive & did a great job in making sure we had all we needed ! Thank you Mr. Guillermo for caring and replying to us quickly when we needed help with the internet connection and your attention to details was superb! I recommend this to any size family who wants a lot of space and a cool pool to relax in !
