The property was clean, the a/c worked well, and the hot water was good. The pictures of the interior are accurate. It is close to the main areas of the city. We ran into an issue when we first arrived where the water was out for a couple of hours. There was a backup cistern, but it didn't provide a lot of water. The water was fine after the city water outage. The street the property is on is a bit on the rundown and dirty side. There is a vacant lot next to it where it looks like everyone dumps their trash. The are often chickens, dogs, or homeless people sifting through the trash. But the street still felt safe. Windows/walls are thin and you hear everything around you. Thankfully, the street isn't too noisy. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed the property.

Our stay at April's property was absolutely amazing! The moment we arrived, we were charmed by the colonial architecture—the windows and doors added such character. The bed was firm and comfortable. The view from the top floor was expansive and absolutely captivating. We were visited by a friendly white cat on the rooftop as we took in the views. Don't miss the sunrise from up there!April was a fantastic host; her communication was quick, clear, and reassuring, and she was truly on top of everything. The pool was an incredible highlight and the perfect spot to cool off. We loved starting our mornings with coffee at the poolside dining table. The location is perfect, with great restaurants and a convenience store steps away, and a friendly woman even came by each day selling fresh vegetables, which really added to our local experience!Note that you will hear local sounds like dogs barking at night and roosters crowing in the morning, but we felt it simply added to the authentic charm of the neighborhood!Highly recommend!

Stunning Home in the Heart of Granada

This home exceeded all our expectations! The architecture and décor captured the charm of Granada while offering modern comforts. The outdoor spaces, including the courtyard and pool, were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We can't wait to return—highly recommend!

A week in Granada Nicaragua

The house is well laid out and is beautiful. Sitting up on the roof is incredible. You can take a dip at the end of the day or just chat while sitting on the edge of the pool. Great.

Totally perfect ! ! !

We had such a great time, due mostly to April's beautiful property. It was like an oasis set in a historic colonial town. It was so much fun to lounge by the pool and relax after a nice dinner in town. April was so helpful and went over and above to communicate where to go and where to eat. The check in and out process was so detailed and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone who visits Granada.

Great space designs

The house is design perfectly with the valance between each room, the pool area and the terrace. Everything gave you a feeling of a much bigger house. I will recommend it and hopefully we’ll be back. Also a location was great.

Family visit

We had a 3 generation family. The house was perfect to give room for Grandma to rest, kids to play in the pool. It was next door to excellent restaurants, easy to get to activities. The owner was communicative and responsive. Excellently cared for home and will definitely be back next time we are in Granada!

Granada was awesome

We loved this house. It had everything we needed while we stayed in Granada. It was extremely comfortable and all parts of the house were cozy. April and Jael were great communicators, kind, and generous. We LOVED this house!!! The pool was 6 feet deep, FYI. There is a Super Express at the corner that accepts dollar currency. $50 and under only. Make sure that your bills have absolutely no rips, marks, stains, or handwriting. Otherwise, they will not accept them. Nearby, around the corner, same street as Super Express, there is a house that says Castillo Duarte that serves great food. You need to reserve the day before to ensure your food. Baho and mondongo are the way to go. But, she only serves these two dishes on Sundays. Otherwise, you can reserve whatever you want to eat on any day. Vigoron Is amazing at the park. Choco museum was terrific.

Very Beautiful Home in Granada

The home was just as advertised. The greeter Jael was very communicative and met us there to let us in. The air conditioners in the room worked very well and the pool was clean and refreshing. The kitchen was spacious and had all the pots and utensils we needed. The neighbor Thomas washed our clothes for a very affordable price. I would say that you should just make sure that you walk home in a group and stay alert at night. Nothing happened to us but there were some drunk people out late on our walks home that were a little sketchy. I think thats just the way it is in Granada(Nicaragua).

Great location

The house is located right in the heart of the city. 2-5 min walk to most shops & restaurants. The pool was a nice touch to cool off in the afternoons. AC in the bedrooms was also fantastic in the heat! Netflix, Disney + on the 2 TV’s. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. April & Jael were quick to respond with any questions we had. Enjoyed Millarville canopy tour, horse and buggy ride in the early evening, cocao pool & beach club, plus all the exciting activities in the square.

Amazing house and great location!

Amazing house and great location! Just a couple of blocks to the center of Granada and close to many restaurants.The owner and her property manager were very helpful and always quick to respond. Really enjoyed our stay. 5 stars all around.

Absolutely amazing

RENT THIS ONE!! We have stayed all over Granada, but this is hands down the BEST! Everything is in tip top condition, the hous is immaculate & the showers... better than any hotel in Nicaragua. The place has vaulted ceilings, lots of space, rooms are all equipped with AC & the pool is one of the few thats actually got depth to it! The owners are incredibly friendly & will go above and beyond to help you out too. Located very close to the town center & less than 4 mins walk from just about anything you can imagine. Can not recommend this place enough... we're already looking forward to returning!
