Guter Standort für viele Unternehmungen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub etwas abseits der touristischen Hochburgen. Von unserer Villa sind wir mit Auto, zügig in alle Richtungen der Insel gelangt. Besonders haben uns die verschiedenen Buchten in nächster Nähe gefallen. Die Villa ist funktional eingerichtet, die Aussenküche ist hervorzuheben. Für 6 Personen ist die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet. Kommunikation mt Ivan hat bestens geklappt.

The villa is wonderful, perfect for our family. Large bedrooms, great living areas and we enjoyed the outside space by the pool. The pool is a great size. It has two additional balcony areas which are beautiful but there are no chairs or loungers up there - so they are a bit wasted.I really feel the villa would have benefited from a information pack - we had some questions during our stay and while the management company were quick to reply, we felt that it would have been good to have some inside information especially on arrival - restaurant guides, best local supermarket etc. During our stay we really struggled to book a taxi to take us out for an evening meal. We walked to the beach most days and it's a great spot with lively beach bars and great rock jumping and swimming. We also enjoyed a local kayaking adventure to the sea caves. My husband enjoyed using the outside cooking facilities. We did feel the kitchen was lacking in some equipment perhaps just a few more pans and sharp knives would be helpful. All in all a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed exploring the area and all the local beaches are stunning.

Fantastisk skøn feriebolig!

Fantastisk feriehus, som var minimalistisk indrettet i god stil. Der var en rigtig fin pool, ca. 3x7.5 m, som var opvarmet til 27-28 grader under vores ophold i uge 42. Vi nød at opholde os i huset, gårdhaven og poolen - og stedet kan så absolut anbefales! Et lille minus ved huset var badeværelserne, som begge kunne trænge til besøg af en VVS og en grundig rengøring af fugerne. Køkkenet indeholdt gryder og pander, og der var lækkert udekøkken og grill. Mængden af service i køkkenet var minimalt - der var 5-6 knive, gafler og skeer, 5-6 flade/dybe/dessert tallerkner - præcist nok til de fem personer, som vores familie udgøres af. Derfor kørte opvaskemaskinen mange gange dagligt - så det var et stort plus, at huset havde opvaskemaskinen! Derudover var der også vaskemaskine -- et andet stort plus! Huset ligger lidt afsides og kræver en bil for at kunne komme rundt. Alt i alt et meget fint feriehus, som vi meget gerne vil besøge igen!

Erst nach Umzug so wie gebucht

Wir haben die Villa Estamarell (Haus Nr. 8) gebucht, da uns die Beschreibung sofort angesprochen hat. Nach der Buchung teilte uns Ivan, der Verwalter mit, er würde uns in Villa Nr. 16 unterbringen. Auf Rückfrage, dass wir Villa Estamarell gebucht hätten u warum nicht das für uns reserviert wurde, erhielten wir nur die Info, alle Häuser wären gleich, nur die Einrichtung würde variieren. Die Bilder, die er uns überlies, sahen auch recht ansprechend aus und so willigten wir letztendlich ein. Bei Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass hier keine Outdoor-Küche vorhanden war, es roch muffig und bei näherem Hinschauen stellten wir fest, dass die Möbel recht abgewohnt sind und die Betten quietschten. Am zweiten Tag stellten wir fest, dass der Toaster defekt war und wir gaben Ivan Bescheid. Er brachte uns zügig Ersatz und bei dieser Gelegenheit sprachen wir erneut unsere Enttäuschung aus. Er stellte uns in Aussicht, dass wir für die 2. Woche umziehen könnten, was wir auch taten. Ab dem Umzug war unser Urlaubs perfekt. Villa Estamarell ist ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen. Auch Ivan ist sehr nett und bemüht. Leider hat unseren Urlaub jedoch die Tatsache, dass wir für die erste Woche in einem anderen Objekt untergebracht wurden (ohne jemals die Gründe dafür erfahren zu haben) doch sehr getrübt. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider auch nicht sehr üppigErsatz und

Finde en semana Santa

Iván fue siempre muy atento y respondía muy rápido. Tuvimos algunas averías y vino Jesús a solucionarlo en poco tiempo. Lastima que no tuvimos el lavaplatos en toda la estancia, pero eran fechas complicadas. La villa tiene todas las comodidades. Es una zona muy tranquila y cerca de Porto Cristo en donde Iván nos recomendó muy buenos sitios donde comer y desayunar. También fue muy flexible con nuestra reserva. Si tenemos que poner una pega, es que la villa con la piscina climatizada no es la de las fotos del Buda si no la de al lado ( que es igual de grande), al dar la piscina por la tarde a la parte de atrás en esta temporada es una pena porque aunque está climatizada a nosotros no nos invitaba mucho a usarla, en verano seguro que se agradece que de al otro lado. Sí volvemos por la zona seguro que repetimos!

Fuimos a la academia de Rafa Nadal a jugar a tenis, y pasamos los dias en esta bonita casa, cerca de la academia y cerca del mar. Destacar la piscina climatizada. Os volveremos a ver.

Room Olivero with nice view

Von außen unscheinbar, ist man drin, ein wahres Kleinod. Liebevoll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. 5 Sterne Gastfreundschaft, die familiärer nicht sein kann. Etwas außerhalb, aber dafür eine Idylle mit viel Ruhe. Mit dem Auto ist alles notwendige nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Gerade weg, will man schon wieder hin.

Maison agréable et conforme en tout point à l'annonce!!

La maison est confortable et propre. Les explications pour y arriver sont très claires. L'équipement est très complet, surtout dans la cuisine. Nous avons particulièrement aprecié le barbecue et les différentes terrasses utilisées en fonction du moment de la journée. La maison est située près de (Cala Varques), accessible à pied par une petite route rurale pleine de charme et de tranquillité. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la villa. recommandé!!

Lovely Villa in quiet location

A lovely villa within a 10-15 minute walk of Cala Romantica. The Villa is clean and well set out. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds, air con in one of the bedrooms and the lounge. A good size pool. Cala Romantica is a good size beach with a great beach bar and another restaurant close by. The water is lovely. On windy days there are lots of waves to add variety to the beach fun. On other days it is still and crystal clear. Popular beach but enough space to never feel too crowded. Porto Cristo and Porto Colom, both good if you want to hire a boat, are both an easy drive away as is Manacor which had a good market on Monday mornings. You need a car to get the best of the villa as there are a number of great beaches a short drive away and also to get to the better restaurants. The owners, Jesus and Ivan, were both very friendly and really helpful. Having a good holiday in one of their 2 villas is clearly very important to them. They want regular visitors and do everything right to make that happen.

Perfect Stay

We had a great time. The House was perfect for our group and Even for to Babies. Ivan was very obliging, it was no big Deal to get a Baby bed and Chair for the Babies and the pool was also Perfect for baby swimming :-). We had a great Time!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und tollem Strand in der Nähe. Alles da, was man braucht inklusive Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolles Haus mit beheiztem Pool!

Super Haus, nah zur Cala Romantica! Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Ivan, der auch behilflich war bei Tipps bezüglich Essen gehen und Einkaufen. Der Pool ist durch seine Möglichkeit beheizt zu werden einfach wundervoll. Auto ist notwendig, da vor Ort nicht so viel los ist und die Insel einfach so viel mehr zu bieten hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im April zu viert Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus gemacht. Es ist geräumig, alles was man benötigt ist vor Ort. Der Gesamteindruck ist etwas abgewohnt, was unserem Urlaubsgefühl jedoch kein Abbruch getan hat. Der beheizte Pool war super und hat uns ermöglicht diesen auch schon im etwas kälteren April zu nutzen.

Très jolie maison

Très belle maison bien située. Ivan est très facile d’accès et très arrangeant Dommage qu’il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine et qu’il manquait un peu de chauffage dans la maison ( mais le petit poêle à bois nous a aidé à nous réchauffer)

Nice five days

We took just 5 days to stay in Mallorca. House was nice, very clean, really nice location. It had everything we needed. Pool was lovely, all well kept and clean. Walikng distance to really nice beach. Car is must anyway. The only thing I did not like was that we were asked to pay extra 25 EUR per person for using bedsheet and towels. On listing it says that towel and linen are provided so as usual, I expected that this was included in the rent cost. We learned about this just after landing in Palma. Add ecotax and our group of four ended paying 140 Euros extra. So this was unwanted surprise. I would prefer to be informed about all costs before I decide on renting.

Für den Preis ok, aber..

Wir schieben es mal auf die Pandemie: wie waren im Mai 2021 dort und wohl die ersten Mieter nach dem Lockdown: wir hatten dieses Haus aufgrund der Poolheizung gemietet. Erst auf Nachfrage unsererseits erfuhren wir drei Tage vor Anreise, dass die Poolheizung defekt sei und wir in das Haus nebenan sollten. Bei Ankunft sahen wir, dass das ursprüngliche Haus sehr wohl vermietet war. Das Haus in dem wir waren war nicht sehr sauber, insbesondere das Geschirr und viele Möbel hatten bessere Zeiten erlebt. Ein Küchenschrank, der sich gelöst hatte, sollte am nächsten Werktag repariert werden, es kam aber niemand. Bei Abreise erfuhren wir, dass es einen Geschirrspüler gab, der aber im Abstellraum war und den wir für einen Trockner hielten und nicht weiter reingeschaut hatten und somit brav per Hand gespült:( es roch nicht gut, wie gesagt denken wir der Grund ist, dass wir die ersten Mieter in dem Haus nach der Schließung waren. Der Pool war toll!! Im Ort war aufgrund der Pandemie fast alles geschlossen, was sehr schade war und somit die Gegend etwas trostlos erschien. Mit Auto aber kein Problem , musste man ein wenig umherfahren. Insgesamt aber für den Preis ein Haus zur Alleinnutzung und mit eigenem beheizbaren Pool wahrscheinlich ok. Ein anderes Haus direkt am Strand wurde uns zum gleichen Preis abgesagt, als Mallorca kein Risikogebiet mehr war, somit waren wir froh, doch noch etwas preislich vergleichbares gefunden zu haben und hatten trotz allem eine tolle Zeit. Mallorca ist einfach schön! Nochmal: das inserierte Haus haben wir nie von innen gesehen, wir waren in dem Haus nebenan, ist aber derselbe Vermieter. Dieses Haus hat eine überdachte Veranda, zu der wir neidisch hinüber geschaut haben.
