  • Villa Maria es una villa de lujo en una parcela exclusiva, con solo 7 casas construidas por arquitectos. A solo unos cientos de metros de la conocida playa de Cala Murada, que recibe la Bandera Azul.
    Playa, bar de playa, supermercado y el popular restaurante Ca'n Perelló se encuentran a poca distancia.

    Ubicado en una zona muy exclusiva del complejo, en una avenida, la villa tiene un gran jardín cerrado con mucho espacio para cenar al aire libre y tomar el sol en la piscina privada de 8 x 4 m.

    El interior de la casa de vacaciones es de alta calidad y ofrece una amplia sala de estar abierta, amplia y luminosa, puertas francesas a la terraza de la piscina desde el salón, el comedor y la cocina.

    El área del salón no solo tiene aire acondicionado, sino que también tiene una chimenea, ideal para unas románticas vacaciones de invierno. Decoración moderna con cómodos sofás de cuero, con una gran televisión de pantalla plana y televisión digital por Internet.

    El comedor tiene una mesa grande extensible que puede alojar cómodamente a toda la familia y está idealmente ubicado junto a la cocina y junto a la terraza de la piscina.

    La cocina personalizada de la casa está totalmente equipada con lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, nevera y cafetera, y está equipada con el toque de lujo en las superficies de granito. La lavadora, así como un segundo refrigerador y congelador, son ideales, pero no visibles, en la despensa contigua.

    También hay un gran dormitorio doble en la planta baja con una cama king size, un baño con una gran ducha a ras de suelo y un aseo separado.

    En la primera planta se encuentra el lujoso dormitorio principal con un armario y un amplio baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. Esta habitación tiene puertas de patio amplias que conducen al amplio balcón, desde donde se tiene una vista del jardín y el área del bosque detrás de la casa.

    También se encuentra en el primer piso un baño familiar con bañera y ducha, así como dos habitaciones dobles.

Der Urlaub war insgesamt sehr erholsam und gelungen. Der Ort Cala Murada ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, das hat uns gefallen. Insbesondere der Strand Playa de Cala Domingos ist ein echter Geheimtipp und ist nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch der Service vor Ort war perfekt, Maic ist der Kümmerer und ist sofort da, wenn man Ihn braucht. ABER: Die Duschen brauchen dringend eine Sanierung und der Pool ist, das kommt so auf den Bildern leider nicht rüber, sehr klein und vor allem mit max. 1,40 Tiefe zu flach. Insgesamt trotzdem empfehlenswert

Stunning villa, great location. My only thing was the pool was quite shallow but that’s my fault for not reading the description. The owners are also very attentive I would 1000% stay here again

Tolle Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Maria sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Pool-Heizung und der Whirlpool haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr aufgewertet.

Mallorca im Herbst - Träumchen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Lage an den schönen Buchten im Osten der Insel ist toll! Der TechnikService hat super geklappt, als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Whirlpool hatten. DANKE!

Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Ende Juli nach Cala Murada und haben die 11 Tage auf der Finca sehr genossen. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und auch bei einen kleinen Problem war der Ansprechpartner schnell vor Ort zur Behebung des Problems. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen aus und bei schlechteren Wetter steht der Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Die ansässigen Lokale kann man nur weiterempfehlen , jedoch sollte rechtzeitig reserviert werden um Plätze zu bekommen. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Great villa, a real home from home

We had the pleasure of a long winter vacation (aka English winter escape!) staying at Villa Maria. The house was very well equipped, the best self-catering accommodation we've ever stayed in. The owner clearly wants it to feel like a home. The house was clean, and all the towels & linen we could want was provided. The friendly management company were very responsive & efficient at dealing with any and all queries or problems. The internet is very good, essential these days for a long stay, even if not needing to work. All the bedrooms were comfortable, with reversible air-conditioning in all. For us, the wood stove in the lounge was a lovely feature. The location of the house in Cala Murada is great too - close to the beach, a bar, a restaurant, and the Spar, but far enough from all to never get much noise in high season. We stayed with our two miniature dogs, the area being perfect for walks, short & long right from the front door. For those wanting to do some cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is no doubt at all that we would definitely stay again. The villa and Cala Murada are perfect for couples & families wanting a great holiday, but not in the 'typical' Majorcan party scene of hotel & apartment block complexes. Cala Murada is a lovely village type location of all houses & villas.

Ein fantastischer Urlaub ☀️

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bestens gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Durch die kurze Entfernung zum Strand war der Urlaub für uns perfekt, der schöne Pool rundete dies ab. Es sind sogar einige Wasserspielsachen vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Einfach traumhaft schön

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa; der Pool und Whirlpool sind toll für die ganze Familie; Auch der Grill wurde regelmäßig angeheizt; eine super schöne Villa; Bei Fragen haben wir immer sofort Feedback erhalten! Der Strand ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Sparmarkt auch um die Ecke; die weiteren Einkäufe haben wir bei Lidl getätigt; Wir würden gleich wieder hinfliegen! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!!

Family holiday 3 generations

Good holiday. If guests are staying more than 1 weeky I suggest that maybe a change of bed linen would be a good option. Plus a little un clean around the hot tub.greell on floor ,had to clean up a couple of times. But on the hole a good and enjoyable holiday. Also we has a couple of issues but were sorted out straight away.

Cala Murada stay 2019

The property was in an excellent neighborhood close the several beautiful beaches. The home was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 8 people. Kitchen was well equipped with nice dining and cooking ware. Weather was very humid in the summer and air conditioning that worked better would have been great! Other than the air conditioning, this is a great property to rent and I definitely recommend it.

Relaxing week

Just back from a very relaxing week in this beautiful property. The villa is as photographed and furnished to an incredibly high standard. The villa owner and management team were on hand and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was easily are favourite thing and we enjoyed many hours relaxing in it. There is a small Spar supermarket about 500 meters away, which stocks everything you would need. They also make fresh bread and pastries and you can order what you want for each morning, as they sell out quickly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and we really enjoyed the food at the beach bar, the view and sunset from there was beautiful. Cala Murada is a small village, not touristy at all. It was perfect for us for 1 week as we wanted to just relax by the pool and not travel anywhere. However, if you like to get out and about I would suggest hiring a car as it will give you more options but the villa is a perfect base. Thank you again to Yvonne and the management team for our wonderful, relaxing stay.

Nice, spacious house close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria. Perfect with bedroom and bath on the ground floor for my in laws. I loved the big balcony on the first floor. The house is well equipped and the wifi worked good (important for the kids). Nice pool and a hot tub. Spar shop for groceries and nice restaurants within walking distanse as well. We would love to come back.

Very clean, pool was lovely and there was plenty of space for two families

Great stay in a villa with all the facilities you need for a fantastic holiday. Location was perfect, walking distance to a beach bar which served great food and the lady who ran the bar was great. We had a week but if longer, would have hired a car as there isn’t lots to do. Perfect for a week relaxing though!

Excellent Villa -relaxing clean with all you need

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Maria in August 2017. After much searching I found the Villa on line and with any holiday I book I was feeling apprehensive that I was really getting what you it says in the advert. From arrival you just feel relaxed because the Villa is fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need so you get that home from home feeling, allowing you the choice to eat in or out. The outside space has both sun, or shade, so great for young children or even adults wanting to sip a cold beer out of the beautiful sun. The Villa is very spacious, cool and extremely light. Let's not forget that BBQ area for alfresco dining. The pool is just so great to have, letting the children play in safety and the addition of the Jacuzzi for the adults, we spent many an evening chilling out in it feeling totally relaxed. The bedrooms are large with en-suite bathrooms to the main bedrooms with access to a large comfortable sunny balcony to both back bedrooms. You are only a few minutes, walk from a blue flag beach complete with life guards during the summer months. If you want to walk a bit further there are a few other very safe beautiful beaches along the coast. There are many other beaches not too far away. You have the local shops for the essentials and big supermarkets are a short drive away. The Village has many places to eat, and some do the menu of the day at a very reasonable price. The closest restaurant is only a few minute’s walk away and they will do take away if you prefer. The beach bar is great for enjoying the sunset! We all had a fabulous relaxing time and will be returning sometime in the future. Maria and family.

Smashing place for young and old

We were a three generation party so the house was perfect for us. The double with ensuite on the ground floor was great for my elderly parents. We particularly loved being able to take quiet breakfasts on the balcony adjoining our room before our four boys got up. The pool was the highlight for the boys, and because of the large outside area (plenty of sunny areas as well as a large shaded area for outside dining) there was always somewhere for us close by to ‘supervise’. Although by the end of our stay they were all very confident in the water! The beach was close by and the village has some good places to eat but with a well equipped kitchen we were all happy to dine in (especially the boys who wanted to stay in the pool or jacuzzi into the dark!). All in all, a perfect place for a family getaway. Caro & family.
