Disappointed with services and some features of condo

Pretty disappointed with this property and the services (or lack of) by property manager. The location was good and the online description was reasonable. But there were several problems recounted below.1. Sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable: My back ached for days because the mattress was so thin (and unsupportive) that I was essentially sleeping on the frame. I understand that pullout beds are generally less comfortable but this was really unpleasant.2. Stingy with towels. The apartment came with one towel for each guest. There were no extra towels for the hot tub and the hot tub itself had none. Therefore, after we finished sitting in the chlorine water of the hot tub we had to run wet a 100 yards in the freezing cold to our apartment. The property manager was not the least bit interested in helping.3. The apartment came with no humidifiers. I have been renting high alpine condos in ski mountains in numerous states for two decades and I have never come across a condo with absolutely no humidifiers (or didn't supply them upon request). I had to beg for something.4. Very outdated appliances and furniture. 5. WiFi weak with narrow Bandwidth. The condo issued the lame and frankly insulting excuse that in the mountains our expectations should be low.6. . Fireplace materials: not sufficient materials to even follow their instructions. Prop Mgr did not provide any help with this after repeated requests.

Great place

We had a great time. The condo is conveniently located near the Village. The kitchen was outstanding to cook with great pots and pans. We had so much fun skiing every day.

Clean, Professional & Easy to Access

The condo was clean and easy to access. Within the complex it is the closest building to the Village and easy to walk to. Having two toilets was nice, and the condo has plenty of blankets and pillows. The bed was lumpy, but surprisingly we slept well on it. The walls are a bit thin, as some faint sounds from the neighbors could be heard through the walls. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clearly documented and communicated. I would recommend this condo, and would stay again.

Perfect location for hiking

I stayed here with my partner and a friend this June and can’t recommend this VRBO enough. It was very clean, cozy, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and water was nice and hot. The windows have great views of the surrounding pines. This was the perfect location for us to hike in Inyo National Forest!

great location but!

i loved this place! only thing that was super not fun: the pillows. they’re flat. there are no extras. i slept poorly. bring your own pillows and this will be a 5 star spot!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

The condo itself was clean and very small. It could use some updating…Need a bigger TV. Remove oversized entertainment cabinet, and replace with a bureau. Remove decorative pole behind the couch as it is in the way. Remove canoe decoration which is too large for the size of the condo. The driveway area was being slurry sealed when we arrived. Access to the condo was poor for several hours. Management company promised call back on our issue. Nope didn’t happen. As long as nothing goes wrong, your stay here will be fine.

Perfect place to stay for 2 of us. Great location, well equipped, extremely comfortable, get bed and his/her bathrooms. Had a fantastic time. 5 great nights.

Perfect little mountain retreat

I wanted to get away for a few days and hike in the snow. The apartment had a cute little cabin decor. Kitchen stocked for all basic cooking needs. Fireplace was great. all was quiet till the weekenders arrived. The Village was within walking distance as well a nice trail leading up to the lakes Basin . I had a pleasant stay.

Very cute, convenient condo

Loved my week-long stay at this condo -- it had a great location walkable to the village and overall was a lot more spacious than I had anticipated. Very clean and charming with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The only issue that I had was with the parking. I asked to be able to leave my car in the condo parking lot the day of my arrival/departure (not early check-in/late-check out). Even though there was no one staying the day before my departure or the day after/of my departure, I couldn't park there.

Cozy Condo

Loved our stay! Clean and centrally located, just 1-2 blocks from the Village Gondola. Though compact, it was well equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay (just BYO spices/condiments/coffee/sweetener/upgraded toiletries). Wood burning fireplace is lovely. The open layout and mountain decor made it feel like a cozy bear den! Be forewarned: a) Wifi / cellular signal struggles in the area when it's crowded over the holiday season; and b) you can hear sounds from adjoining neighbors. Still, we'd love to return - great spot! Thanks for hosting us

Very nice place

We got this condo and we loved it. It was my wife and daughter. We had a very comfortable stay and everything was there pretty much. Bed was ok a little on the worn side and squeaky. And the sofa mattress was very bad. I would suggest owner in investing atleast in a new mattress for the sofa bed. Everything else was very good. Kitchen had everything. Bathroom was clean and ready to go. Lots of water pressure and the shower head was high so that was good because I’m a very tall man. If you cook eggs you might want to take your own little pan that won’t stick. All the pots and pans were good just the ones for frying the eggs got stuck. But that’s is not the owners responsibility I’m just giving the heads up. There is even a coffee grinder. Yesss a plus. In a nut shell we stayed comfortably and had a good time. Very close to everything. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay again when we go back. We definitely recommend.

Perfect stay and close to village and gondola. Picture deceiving as condo is pretty small but wonderful king bed and 2 bathrooms a plus! Would definitely stay here again! Open all the windows as it is very dark

The unit was everything we could hope for with regard to cleanliness, comfort, accessories and proximity to the village. We wish there had been more information provided for the dining out experience (non-exsistant; not your fault) and the other activities available in the area. We, perhaps, could have participated in some other activities had we known of them in advance. Perhaps some promotional material could be placed in the unit for the newbies coming to stay for the first time.
