This condo was great. I think the listing should state that laundry is not in the unit, as it is in the parking garage. The unit was clean, and exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t like that, when leaving, it had to return the parking pass last minute and return the keys to a lock box in town. Very inconvenient.

Won’t be back

Messaged the property management the morning of check in to see if we could come a little earlier than 4 pm they messaged us back 2 days later telling us no lol. When picking up the keys there were 3 in the lock box we only took 2 because there was 2 of us and we didn’t want to risk loosing track of another key. The following night after check in we went to go leave and there was a 3rd key in a clear card pocket sitting out front of our door that opened the hotel room. We aren’t sure if someone entered our room without telling us or what but leaving a key that opens our hotel room in the middle of the hallway so any guest or staff could enter our room is so scary. We had just gotten married the day before so we had all our wedding money and cards in the room as well as expensive jewelry, watches, and clothes. I will not be staying with this property management again. We contacted the 1800 number to tell them about the key situation and they said someone from the local team would contact us immediately to tell us why this happened. We have yet heard from anyone. If you want to stay in the Westin book directly with the hotel.

Overall, Great!

Overall, great condo, great set up, close to perfect. To begin with, this condo is so much nicer than the pictures indicate! It's remodeled and updated very tastefully. We also really loved the furniture set up. Not only is there a king bed and sleeper sofa, but the bay window is huge and the perfect bed for our 10 yo so he didn't have to sleep with his brother! The communication from vacasa was top notch, informative, and helpful - very responsive. The underground, hearted parking was such a highlight (especially in the winter) and my kids and husband loved the heated pool and spa. The westin itself was very nice, convenient to skiing and dining, and the resturant/bar was great. Overall, we were very pleased with all these aspects of the property, and we would consider staying again because all of this was so great. There were a couple of very minor drawbacks for our family, but they may be specific to our family, so I don't think they need highlighting here. I have informed vacasa about them and feel confident, based other responsiveness and attention to detail, that they will be addressed. Overall - great room, location, and amenities. This was a good stay for us.

Disappointment

1. Fireplace is broken, does not work. 2. Coffee maker is broken, does not work. 3. There was one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. My reservation clearly stated double occupancy. Westin will not accommodate, as this is a privately owned room. 4. Light on the wall doesn't work. 5. All electrical outlets throughout are installed upside down, and the electrical outlet nearest the kitchen sink is not GFI protected (safety hazard!) 6. Key cards are located in an obscure remote box, located in the middle of town, attached to building in a strip mall. This alone is the most bizarre situation I've ever encountered. Why not have such a box located in Westin Hotel building somewhere? Absolutely defies common sense and would even insult the intelligence of a local Marmott living under chair 2. Pick another place to stay, if you value your sanity. Seriously.
