The unit was nice......The only issue with the property was the distance from the parking lot and unloading all our stuff.....also there was an odor under the kitchen sink and the faucet leaked.

Wonderful location, plenty of space for large family gathering. a few minor issues

We had a wonderful family gathering here. We have stayed in many places in Snowcreek, and this location was the best - right on the meadow with great mountain views. Plenty of room for us to spread out, well equipped kitchen, nice out door patio and balcony. Appreciate being able to bring our dog. A few issues need addressing - some of the window screens broken, some window stuck closed. The living room furniture a bit worn, but serviceable. The mattress in the second (middle) bedroom could do with replacing.

Nice layout, location, and great views, but…

The location and layout are great, but the property needs some maintenance - repair windows, fix screens, and new carpets would be a good start. Enjoyed the stay, anyway.

Amazing rental

wonderful location. By the meadow, 5 minute walk to old mammoth and shuttle line. quiet location with amazing views! we have stayed here twice now and I’d rent again in the future !!!

FAMILY VACATION AT MAMMOTH

Check-in/Check-out were quick and painless. Finding the property was an unexpected challenge. We sent two scouting parties out to look for it. Both found it. The property was as advertised. We had as few as 7 and as many as 10 family members and friends staying, depending on travel schedules. Plenty of room. Beautiful view of meadow, of creek, and of mountains beyond. Wonderful location. Easy access to the health club was appreciated. We left a day early because we ran out of things to do. We would recommend this property to others.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Family Spring Break Vacation with children and grandchildren. The home was setup well for all. It was a bit of a walk to the Mammoth bus stop, but it all worked out. The cable television in this home was not working. We placed a call to the property manager, they said they would send out someone, but nobody ever showed up. We were able to connect the vintage VCR/DVD player and play two videos for the kids. If you want to have access to movies and shows, be sure to bring an adapter for the TV to connect your laptop computer or tablet. Thanks to the snowfall this year, there was plenty of area for snow play within a short walk from the home. The views from the living area of the mountains and meadows were great.

Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay overlooking the nature preserve . The condo was very spacious for our large family of 7 with lots of nooks to spread out. Board games was a nice touch. Even though we got snowed in the view was incredible and we felt we had everything we needed. Would be hard for some people to navigate the long path to the doorway when it wasn’t plowed during the storm - we were grateful to not be checking in that day! Condo was somewhat dated and needing minor repairs but overall we had a great experience and would stay here again!

Great Family Snow Getaway

Super comfortable house with everything we needed for the whole family. We had amazing snow and could build a snowman right outside. The kids found a hill close by to sled and the beds were comfortable. Town was close enough to drive which made everything super convenient. Only issue we had was checking in as the house wasn’t ready at 4pm and had to wait until 5:30 to check in. Understandable considering the amount of snow but still an inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Meadow Retreat

Great location-beautiful views-grassy meadow in back for kids and dog to play. Condo nice, clean, everything you need--they could update some of their pots and pans but the basics are there. Some of the windows did not open--but overall we loved it! Definitely will be coming back!

Large, pet friendly, good location, could use a few improvements...

This property was on an end unit with a beautiful, large open grassy area and a babbling brook in the back where the dogs could play, and we saw deer a few times. It also had a walking path just past the brook/creek. The house was large and roomy with lots of seating and areas to spread out. Super close to Vons and restaurants and the Athletic Club which was available to us. The kitchen was big, had all the plates, pots/pans and utensils needed as well as some pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, etc. The balcony bbq was great for some home cooking, after a good cleaning. The washer/dryer would be nice for long stays. There was no Keurig, which had been mentioned on the rental site so we had brought pods, but obviously couldn't use them, but there was a coffee pot and filters and a complementary serving of coffee. It said there was no hair dryer, so I brought mine, but there was one in the master bath. There were dog bowls in the kitchen. Check out/check In was easy. Things helpful to know: There is no air conditioning (which is normal cause Mammoth is usually pretty mild, but it was pretty hot our week in July) so some floor fans would have been helpful, especially since we couldn't open most of the windows. Most of the crank windows and the screens were broken, one window wouldn't close at all, the others wouldn't open, which hampered air flow. The sliding doors were life savers for some air flow. The front bedroom was very hot. The carpet isn't the cleanest and has some stains, but it is a high traffic rental and pet friendly, so it wasn't surprising. Helpful changes/recommendations: A good carpet cleaning (since we paid extra for pets I'd expect it should be used for a more thorough carpet cleaning); fix the windows/screens; a few portable fans; a Keurig; some chairs for the back porch/grassy yard - it'd be nice to sit and read, enjoy the views, and watch the dogs play; better/more lighting in the living room; lights don't work for the loft ceiling fan. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay and comfortable for us, our adult children, and dogs. I would definitely recommend this condo and would rent here again. Restaurants Suggestions: Gojira Ramen & Sushi; Roberto's Mexican Cafe; June Pie Pizza (by June Lake)

Great location -- that's about it.

When we arrived, we found the WiFi wasn't working, and things went downhill from there. (The management company never responded to our call.) The crank windows are so deteriorated that they are literally falling apart. To get them to open you have to pull off the screens (already mangled from previous people's attempts) and shove on the window to get it to release. To close them, somebody has to push from outside, or if they are on the upper level they never get closed and cold air just keeps coming in. There is a fireplace, but no kindling, and we could see how people have been ripping up old paperback books to try to start a fire. (We went to the supermarket and bought fire starter.) The carpet is very old and filthy. Anywhere a floor meets a wall you can see crusty old dust. The ice maker alternately made no ice or randomly spit cubes out of the freezer door dispenser. The toilet had to be plunged several times. The DVD player did not work. There was a BBQ, but the grill had so much build-up we had to buy a wire brush and cleaner before we could use it. Many other units had plastic outdoor chairs for sitting outside, but our unit had a single, splintery old wooden chair with a nailed-on plywood seat. Many of the dished I pulled out of the kitchen cupboards were dirty, with visible food residue. The cookware was either very cheap, warped and pitted aluminum pans with wobbly handles, or a gigantic rusty cast-iron skillet. Dust coated everything, including the large bouquets of plastic flowers that seemed to be everywhere including bedrooms. When the sun came in you could see cascades of dust motes. We were all itching and sneezing. This condo is an end unit that faces a beautiful meadow and has gorgeous views of the mountains. That's it for the positives.

Perfect spot for a weekend with friends

Loved the spot and all the space it had. Perfect for my group of 9. Incredible views of the mountains with quick access to eagle lodge. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, Quiet, close to Slopes

We had 9 in our party and never felt crowded. Nice amount of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. perfect location for our lab. Would definitely stay here again.
