  • Cozy forest setting, pet-friendly and conveniently located near The Village and Canyon Lodge. This inviting corner 2-bedroom plus a sleeping alcove, 2-bath condo at Crestview offers a peaceful mountain atmosphere with easy access to some of Mammoth's best dining, shopping, recreation and outdoor adventures. Surrounded by pines, the comfortable living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace, relax with a movie on the large flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the private deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air and forest setting. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the condo and the living room sofa converts to a sleeper for additional accommodations. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home with family and friends. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, peaceful forest views, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with convenient access to the second full bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the condo features a cozy alcove with a queen bed. Curtains can be closed to provide added privacy, making this a flexible setup for families or groups traveling together. One of the best features of Crestview is its convenient location. The Village at Mammoth is within walking distance, putting restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the Village Gondola within easy reach. The property also provides convenient access toward the Lakes Basin for hiking, biking, fishing and summer adventures. A free town shuttle stop is located right outside the building, making it easy to explore Mammoth without relying on your car. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This home is pet-friendly, with one pet permitted. Additional pets may be considered with prior approval; please contact our office before arrival. One assigned parking space is provided in the shared garage (clearance 6'6"), along with one parking pass. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis but is very limited. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. The condo is perfect for cost effective stay. The condo is clean, comfortable and worked for us overall. My recommendation for anyone renting this condo in the future is to bring your own skillet, cutting board and any other cooking utensils or supplies. I do cook and having only one skillet made it a challenge, however I made due with what we had available. But, I do recommend others take this into consideration and come prepared. Overall, our stay was great and our teenagers enjoyed the jacuzzi and club house. No major complaints.

Good spot for Ski weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is clean and has the basics of what you will need. Hot tub and parking were great. Beds need to be upgraded as they were all concave through the middle and very uncomfortable. Location is not great, closest shuttle stop is not walkable.

Great condo and management!

The communication and timely responses by Mammoth mountain reservations was outstanding. We mistakenly got locked out and someone came to let us in within 5-10 minutes.The unit was perfect for our family. Clean, updated and close to the mountain.

Reviewer Comments: Only issues with this property is the fan in shower area needs to be replaced, also the flouresant light above bath sink needs to be replaced, and lastly the refrigerator doesn’t get very cold and it leaks inside the fridge.

Our Mammoth Getaway 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy little spot to go with friends or family. There are a few problems with the place, but that’s a given considering the price. The refrigerator was not properly cooling, and when we arrived we noticed that the door would not completely shut (seems like the magnet on the door was worn out. Some of the knobs in the kitchen would come off the cabinets. There was a booger on the comforter in the queen bedroom. I was given the wrong keys when checking in so I had to wait about an 45 minutes to be brought the correct keys. Considering these issues I should’ve been more dissatisfied, but the mountain doesn’t let me feel down.

Extremely Rough Shape

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in very rough shape. The entire carpet was stained throughout and disgusting. Two of the stove burners did not work. The bathroom vanity light could not be used based on a huge high pitched noise - same with the bathroom fan. Knobs were broken or missing. The place is worn out and should not be rented out and the pictures are deceiving. Management should not have placed this unit on the renral market.

Last minute Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Way too expensive for what you get! The place needs a complete update, carpet & couches are disgusting, beds were fine. When we arrived we noticed that the power cord to the main TV was missing, called maintenance they never called or came by the next morning like they said, so we called again Jake the day maintenance guy came by took a look was going to see if he could find a cord or spare TV with the company, no luck so he was kind enough to bring HIS own guest room TV, and left another message for Management Co to call me & they have not to this day!! The only saving grace to this place was the fireplace & Jake!! With new paint, new carpet & minor updating this place could be much much nicer!! Do not waste your money spend a bit more this place is a dump!!

Missing amenities / inconvenient check in-out

The place is older, but it’s cozy and has personality. Great location. I would give it a higher review had the following occurrences not happened: - Sauna and jacuzzi were not open (the entire recreational area has been closed since late March due to a structural issue, and I only found this out in person, upon arriving, thanks to a sign on the door of the closed facility). No one informed me of this at any point prior to booking, so I almost felt tricked. Had I known that these amenities were not working for over 1 month, I would not have stayed here. - the whole check-in / check-out system is inconvenient. You must retrieve keys at an office (about 7-8min drive from the place) before checking in and return keys to the same office at check out. Check out is at 10am, so if you’re planning on hitting the slopes in the morning, make sure you set aside some time to drop off the keys before check out at 10am. I wanted to stay at this place so I could be very close to canyon lodge (to get up in the am and hit the slopes), but my plan was derailed by the fact that I had to take 20 min from my am to drop off the keys.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was extremely dilapidated. A ski looked like it fell off the ceiling of the condo and was just placed in a corner, there was still one hanging and I felt uncomfortable sitting under it. All TVs did not work, I had to plug in the TV in moving room and reconnect the cable box. TV in bedroom did not work at all. The stove range has 2 burners that do not function properly. Stayed here with a group of fisherman and could barely make meals with the amenities in the kitchen. Ceiling fan in bathroom is so loud that it sounds like it’s going to explode. There was also a ceiling fan in light in living room that was not funtional and had no remote.

New Foam Mattress a Must!
