Spring ski trip with family and friends.

Perfect location walking distance to the village. Great space, well stocked and very responsive host. Very clear instructions on how to use everything. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to use your home.

Great stay!

This place was the perfect location and it had everything we needed. It has lots of comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We were coming into town for a mt bike race and were able to store our bikes out on the balcony which worked out great and felt very secure.

Awesome Location, Nice Place!

We had a great stay at this place. Perfect location within walking distance of the village. Didn't have to drive once, we walked everywhere after getting basic groceries. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Parking right in front of the unit for us which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Great Home Base

Even before we got to the property Erin the property contact responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We got to the place and it was just what was described. We cooked one big meal and I was pleased to find basic kitchen tools and even a few good pans I could use. It had good ventilation with windows all over so it didn’t get stuffy in the summer with 6 adult men inside. Beds were up to date and comfy with extra bedding for the pullouts. The directions and rules were easy to follow and the property was a great place to end our long days out and about the eastern sierras. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for day trips to Yosemite

This was a really great place to stay at for our group. Great location (walking distance to a brew pub and other restaurants). The main level is a great place to hang out, and has a nice open connection between the kitchen, dining and family room areas. Erin was great in being super responsive to my inability to turn on the cable tv (which was my fault as I didn't figure out how to turn on the cable box). We used this as our base to do some Yosemite day trips (beautiful 30 minute drive to the east entrance). Minor criticism that the frying pans were beat up and should be replaced at some point (I appreciate that this is a typical problem due to renters killing non-stick pans with metal spatulas). Definitely would love to go back and enjoy more of Mammoth and Yosemite. Thanks Erin!

Summer in Mammoth

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo comfortably. We had a couple questions during our stay and the owner responded quickly and was helpful and friendly. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, besides a clothes iron, but we asked ahead of time and brought our own. The kids loved having the loft to themselves and games to play when we came back for the evening. It is an easy walk to the village from the condo and is located in a nice and quiet complex. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Mammoth!

Mammoth Fun

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed to create healthy meals. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have had a bathroom on the main floor but having to go down or up stairs helped us get our steps in for the day.. We did have neighbors who were doing some renovations but it wasn’t a problem as the units are so well insulated we hardly heard them working at all. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to enjoy the sound of the birds and with the main floor being on the second story you feel like you are living in the trees, very nice!!

Good experience.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Erin was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I love that everything is close by and in walking distance to the village if not there is a shuttle that drives around the area. Definitely considering staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, nice and quiet!

Overall, we had a really nice stay here. The owner Erin was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay. The condo was very well equipped with every convenience you would need like extra towels, toiletries, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. We did notice a funny smell when we checked in, almost like wet dog smell, and the carpets are pretty badly stained and worn down. This rental property is NOT pet friendly, so I'm not sure where the smell came from. The other downside was that there isn't a bathroom on the main living room floor. So if you need to go, you have to either go upstairs or downstairs. Not a big deal, but just something to note. I would definitely consider this condo for our future stays in the area.

Cozy and decorated nice.

We had a great time staying here! Erin took care of us right away when we needed her! The only thing that bothered us was the carpet was a little dirty. But I know that its probably from the winter months. Maybe a little shampooing would make it better. Other then that it was cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy condo, comfy beds. Plenty of space for 3 couples to stay. Close to everything we needed and walking distance to the village. Condos are a bit hidden so no traffic coming through, area is very quiet.
