Beautiful townhouse. Could not hear the people in the other attached unit. Very clean. Kitchen stocked pretty good with the exception of the frying pans, they were in bad shape. Right on the 3rd tee box of the 9-hole golf course. Great views of the mountains. Livingroom seating was limited to one corner group.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home Away From Home!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! From the actual house, to the decor, to the location -this ‘rental’ actually felt like our home-away-from-home! Check-in (and out) was very easy with clear instructions (by email & the available tablet), everything was very clean (from the surfaces to the linens); winter sports can often cause rentals to look more worn and/or develop dirty areas however this place was spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals for our large family: the dinnerware, cookware, appliances were all in great shape. The garage/driveway was perfect for our 3 SUVs with room to unload all of our bags and gear! The home itself accommodates large families and/or multiple families - appealing to both adults and children! Our kids LOVED the bunk bed room which was set away from the main living area to allow for them to be as loud with their laughing as they wanted! Plus all the games available in the family room were a huge hit for all ages! The adults LOVED the beautiful decor throughout and the comfortable (and not worn-out) furniture! The only minor comment we have is that all of the beds (except the bunk beds) had very soft mattresses/pillow-tops. It would be nice to have the option to remove the pillow-top and/or switch rooms to a harder bed if needed. This home allowed us to have an amazing family vacation and we hope to stay here again in the summertime!

Beautiful House

This was the perfect getaway for me and my family for the new year. Eveything was great except the leak in the kitchen cealing from the master bath. This prevented us from using one of the showers which left 10 people with 2 showers. Other than this everything else was perfect. The management team was amazing and were a phone call away.

Overall stay was great! We traveled w our two toddlers and enjoyed the location right on the golf course/close to everything we wanted to do. I will say the couch was horribly uncomfortable though which was tough given we were there for 5 days.

Annual family vacation to Mammoth

The property was in great location right near the third tee of the golf course. It had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay there. There was only one issue, the upstairs master bedroom windows had signs on them that they were not working and not to open them. This was an issue because it was kind of hot during our stay and we couldn’t open the windows to get the hot air out at night.

Very functional for what we needed. Complex is getting a bit rundown. One spa was empty, the one we could use hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We were overlooking the golf course which was closed and needing a lot of attention.
