Great location to every thing in Mammoth . Beautifully re-done chalet . Super clean & comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 family’s to stay & enjoy the mountains. Views of the mountains and quiet property . Silly note from the moms… the water pressure was incredible in the beautiful remodeled bathrooms . Really nice after a long day on the slopes. Loved the gear cubbies and equipment area when you walk in . Super helpful to have a home base for all the winter gear ! Only suggestion would be to have the toaster replaced it had some loose coils… other than that really amazing stay ! Would rent again !

Truly awesome stay

This condo worked out really great for us in terms of location and overall stay. The condo was tastefully remodeled a couple of years back and pretty much everything was tastefully done and in great condition. Honestly, the property was even better than in the pictures. We enjoyed our evenings chatting on the couch and enjoying the views. The beds were super comfortable and all of the rooms and bathrooms were nicely done. This location is close to center of town and within walking distance of most of the good restaurants in Mammoth and close to all the attractions. The owner was super attentive to our needs and responded back immediately. Initially they were low on wine glasses and when I contacted Zach, within hours he had a new set of wine glasses delivered to our door. 10++ Stars for service!

Zach, the property manager replied very slow - not a great communicative person

The house was good size & location for us. I wasn't happy with the management company communication wise (Zach). He was responding very slowly after many hours or day later... some of his answers were super short like he really didn't care to answer. I sent questions and got only part of the answer to all my questions. I felt that he didn't care much before we paid. I would not recommend to work with this management company at all!!! I had a much better experience with rental homes in the past that had much more attention to potential renter.

Great stay…and property owner

Family of 9 on annual family gathering in Mammoth. Great condo…clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, great location…really enjoyed our week together at Zach’s condo. He was really great in communicating with us from the time of our booking and during our stay with questions. That helps a lot. The photos are true representations of the unit, maybe even a little underplayed. We liked the unit a lot and would stay here again next time. Thanks, Zach.

Great property

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchens and bathrooms were updated. Great location for a family. Only issue (which isn’t the property owners fault) was the community pool, jacuzzi and sauna were old and dirty.

A perfect stay for 10 people

We had a snowboard trip to Mammoth lake with a group of 10 people. Zach's place is nice and clean, interior is modernly designed, located10 minutes from Mammoth Ski Area, and it's a perfect size for our group.

Best stay and best host

The check in process was a breeze, no hassles. The instructions for the home was precise. The host Zach was one of the best we encountered. The location was perfect and close to a town center (less than a mile) groceries, drugstores, local stores etc., the home is very close to the Village. Guys you will not be disappointed. The home is clean and 95% of what you needed is in the property. It was a great 3 days for us. We will use this property again next time. Thank you Zach

Mammoth trip gem

This place is great for a quick mammoth trip. It was spacious, clean, and close to the resort. There is a community pool and hot tub area also which was nice after a day on the slopes.

Very adequate space for the 6 of us. A few quirks in the kitchen with how the cabinets & appliances all work (open & close) in proximity each other but overall it's a nice kitchen to work in. Not too far a walk in so boots to the shuttle.. overall we would love to stay again--

Cute place perfect for a group

We stayed with friends for our annual March ski trip. The house is spacious and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are all the other amenities you may need also. The first floor is pretty cold however and all the heat rises to the top floor. So although me and my husband were toasty at night, the rest of the group was pretty cold. Not sure what can be done about that besides more blankets on the bed. Oh and it would be nice to have games or cards to keep the kids busy at night. Overall, cute place and would stay again!
