Just as expected. Great property

This condo is nicely decorated and is stocked to the max with everything. We enjoyed hanging out, cooking and the comfortable beds! Plenty of space and well kept unit. Loved it and we highly recommended staying here.

The complex has a great location and the condo is cozy, clean, has all the amenities one would need. It faces the mountain , not the street. 100% satisfaction

Excellent Service - Comfortable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lodging was great. The entire stay was easy and comfortable. The unit was large, clean and stocked well.The management team was great and even allowed us to shift our stay by a night on short notice due to my child's illness. They also accommodated a request to return our keys and parking permits on the way out of town instead of at the specified due time.The walk to Canyon was easy enough for us all to make, including both the younger (4yo, 10 yo) and older (60+ yo) members of our party without much issue.The only real issue we had was that the code to get through the outer door was not apparent from the check-in instructions, but we were able to get through to the emergency helpline and get a call back within a few minutes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this property was great minus the awful experience we had to deal with with the property manager. Not sure if hes medically ill or dealing with personal issues but was constantly rude. Would lock up the sauna and jacuzzi during operational hours at his own discretion. One night we were sitting in the sauna at 7pm and he walked in to the sauna, let all the hot air out. turned everything off. and said "there is a new fire code therefore you have to leave in the next 5 minutes"Another night he just decided to turn off the jacuzzi so no one in the complex was able to use the amenities. Would randomly walk into the area and just turn all lights off.On the other hand, the house itself was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Only bad experience was the common use amenities which was due to an awful property manager.

The condo is very nicely updated to feel fresh and luxurious, newer appliances, updated bathrooms and kitchen, good beds/mattresses, all major and minor boxes checked. The condition of this condo is excellent, a rare find in aging real estate scene in Mammoth.
