Two bedrooms with queen beds each offer a private retreat, and the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sofa bed. Unwind after a day outside with Wi-Fi and a DVD player for simple movie nights. When you’re ready to relax further, head to the complex’s communal amenities, including a pool and wellness sauna. Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles makes comings and goings easy.

• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: Pool and wellness sauna are part of the community amenities. Availability and hours may vary based on season and maintenance.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
