We found the home clean, warm, and inviting. It was well stocked for what we needed, including the kitchen. The owner was quick to respond and friendly. We appreciated the 2-car garage and other amenities, including a washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

We had stayed in this area of Snowcreek before, but this unit was better than the last and was really fantastic. All three bedrooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen and living room and dining room were also wonderful. Lots of natural light and windows that look out into nature. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with great attention to detail. Clean, spacious, and very well appointed. Host was very responsive and helpful. The provided binder in the condo made it really easy to use everything from lights to tv's. Great neighborhood.

Mammoth Week

The property was just as described. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed and was clean upon check-in. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom bathroom was clean and stocked with enough towels for our five day stay. The two car garage was fantastic with the access to tools, if we needed them. The neighbors were very friendly as well as their dog, Kyle:)If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Really liked this place

The property overall was excellent. Clean, roomy, great location. Make sure the clothes dryer works as it should. The owner was easy to reach and was responsive. We’d stay here again. The only knock was that the clothes dryer didn’t work as it should. And for a ski trip with six people this was essential. The owner was responsive and had the property manager bring us clean dry bath towels. He insisted that the dryer had been previously repaired and instructed us to try different cycles which we had done to no avail. After check out the owner let me know that his repairman insisted the dryer was working and that the clean dry towels he had delivered cost him extra. But again, despite this, the place was excellent and we’d stay here again.

Holiday ski trip

Property was comfortable and well kept and as shown. It was a nice layout where the four of us could spread out . we cooked in for two nights and plenty of pots and pans, etc. Nothing in the way of spices . very close to grocery store etc. it was on a golf course Community a little further away from the slopes, but that gave us more space and a more up-to-date condo so it’s worth the 10 minute drive. Worked out well for us since I don’t ski and was able to drop off.i was able to enjoy the long walking trail right outside the community. I would recommend

Wonderful Week at Mammoth!

We enjoyed a great stay at this property! The owner is the best I've experienced regarding communication and attention to details regarding the property and all the amenities. The property was perfect for our family of six adults.... very comfortable and plenty of room. An easy drive each morning to Canyon Lodge for our ski days. Also, an easy drive to town. I would highly recommend this property for a ski getaway!

Amazing skiing/snow family vacation!

We stayed in Joe and Ann's beautiful mountain home for our first visit to Mammoth Lakes. I must say that the photos and reviews really undersell this gorgeous home-away-from-home and I don't want to give this amazing review and make it harder for me to rebook! It was the prefect home for my family - three bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for my family (our two college-age sons got their "space"). The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were stocked with everything you'd need. The location of the house is perfect - in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood, away from the crowded condos/apartments by the ski slopes - but close to the slopes (short drive) and even "walking distance" to town and great restaurants and coffee/bakery. While the guys skied, I was able to take walks at the nearby Sherwin Creek Trail (no snow shoes needed as trails were groomed), Shady Rest and Tamarack Lodge Trails (snow shoes needed after grooming). We actually arrived a few days later than originally booked - Joe contacted me and advised us to come AFTER the snow storms (with road and mountain closures). So, this gave us a week of skiing, rather than being stuck in the house during a snowstorm. His flexibility and advice helped us to have a great vacation AFTER a major snow storm, and with great snow on the slopes! We will definitely be staying here the next time we're at Mammoth. (PS: WiFi was great - for when we were all home and on our devices, working or gaming.)

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We stayed here over Christmas to get in a couple days of skiing with our extended family who travelled to spend the holiday with us. This house fit our family of 8 perfectly! It was comfortable, clean, and close to both the popular restaurants and the slopes! We had the perfect family ski vacation. Would stay here again - highly recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of breathtaking. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, from the cozy bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. Great Condo for Family Vacation

Property is exactly as represented. Spacious, very clean, and one of the best outfitted kitchens we've experienced. Clear instructions for everything and thoughtful about little things, such as having sufficient towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms, which we've often found missing in other VRBO rentals. Condo is in a great location and very close to a trolley stop. Having a garage for our bikes was very helpful and condo was close to some hiking trails. Joe was quick to respond to messages and professional. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.
