Prime location

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was close to Eagle allowing us to walk to the lifts without having to wake up at the crack of dawn to find parking. Plenty of room for the four of us…and to be honest, it was plenty of space for two families. The unit came with all the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay in Mammoth, full kitchen, games, WiFi, and comforts to come home to after a full day on the slopes. Additionally, the outdoor space around the unit proved to be the perfect grounds for a snowball battle between the parents and kids. We will definitely be back on our next Mammoth trip.

Summer in Mammoth

The location of this property is ideal. We loved walking along the bike path, and there were some lovely hikes close to Eagle Lodge walkable from the condo. It was quiet, and the kitchen fairly well appointed. The only downside was the furniture is not very comfortable which was kind of a bummer because after a long day of hiking we like to read or watch tv after dinner. Also, the blinds in the family room didn’t work very well, which made for very strong sunlight in the living/dining room area. This was only problematic in the morning when my husband tried to work from the unit and had difficulty finding a spot where he could see his computer screen. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for a few days to enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Lakes in the summer.

Comfortable property, but needs some some easy fixes

2 families (4 adults/4 kids) stayed for 4 nights. Easy check in process. Overall the place is spacious and comfortable. It is nice for spending some relaxing time together with friends and family. There were several things that were broken that a handyman can spend a day fixing - 2 of the in room heaters don't work, some lights are broken, cracked bathtub, etc. At night the bedrooms got pretty dark because there may only be 1 light that works. One warning - if you are expecting kids to sleep in the pull out loft area, it is open to the full living room/kitchen, so the first 2 nights the adults hung out in the dark and silence, then we moved the kids to a bedroom and adults took the loft so we could stay up later. We did have a short drive to the lifts and grocery stores. Parking is right outside and convenient. Bring your own trash bags because they only gave us 2 trash bags for 4 nights.

Ski week

Great location close to Eagle lodge (easily walkable even with ski boots). The condo is roomy and comfortable. It could use a more deep cleaning (plants were dusty, dead bugs in windows).

We loved this space. It was spacious enough for our 3 families and dogs. Communication was great. We loved having the fire and the balcony. The property was nice to walk around and even saw some deer. We wish there were more cleaning supplies for us to clean up after ourselves after meals in the kitchen (e.g., counter spray and dish soap) as well as laundry detergent, but appreciated all the extra towels that were provided.

Great Location

This is a great rental for families. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable. TV in every bedroom. Pool/jacuzzi perfect. Area for your dog to do their business with poop bags provided. Great views and quiet. Kitchen only had a mini coffee pot and the management promptly replaced it with a 12 cup pot when they came over to replace some light bulbs and fix closet door. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Fun board games available. If you are traveling with an RV there are places to store it in town for a fee. Things to consider; there are a lot of stairs (if someone cannot do stairs), no A/C, no direct access to parking garage, queen bed downstairs VERY firm, carpet throughout. Green futon/couch-bed is outside of master bedroom in the hallway (not private but usable if you need more beds) We would stay here again. Mammoth is a beautiful area.

Great condo with non working facility

Overall, this was a wonderful condo in a great location. It was clean, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, & the evenings were quiet. We arrived during a second snow storm & the snow was already piled extremely high. I’d recommend that the check in instruction list which building on the property your rental unit is in (3rd building on the right etc.) & how to enter to find the garage opener since we could not see any signs or building numbers due to the height of the snow (we had to fight our way through waist deep snow to enter other buildings before finding ours). The big bummer about the property, and a big reason we booked this condo, was the hot tub/sauna. The hot tub was not working and after a day of skiing in deep powder we had looked forward to relaxing & recuperating with a good soak. The final bummer was that when we reached out to the management company about the non working facility & requested a minor courtesy refund because of this situation they did not respond; whereas in earlier contact they responded quickly. If you are interested in the property facilities I would inquire about them ahead of time so you are not paying for something you’re not getting.

3 day ski trip to Mammoth

This unit is nicely furnished and in a great location for peak ski season when Eagle Lodge is open. It was about a 10 minute walk in ski boots from the unit to the lodge. The unit came with just about everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to have more than 2 bath towels in the master bedroom. They should also have humidifiers in each room given the extremely dry air at 8,000 feet in winter. There was not a single dehumidifier in the unit. However, the unit is very nice so I recommend it.

Mammoth smoke escape

We loved the condo. Very nice layout and location. We loved the view out to the golf course. The only thing we really didn't like was how stained and dirty the carpet was. We were told that it was scheduled to be cleaned.

Beautiful home away from home!

Fantastic! This condo is beautiful and spacious, very homey and comfortable. Kudos to the owners! We had an amazing family vacation in Mammoth, and staying here really made it extra special. Super clean, beautifully decorated, lots and lots of space for our two sets of twins and our Aussiedoodle. The fully equipped kitchen and in-house washer and dryer made this place extra family friendly. We didn’t need anything while staying here. They’ve got it all, even board games for the kids (and big kids, too.) The surrounding area is gorgeous. We will likely book this place again in the summer. We highly recommend this property!

Great property, great location

We have stayed in various locations throughout Mammoth over the years. This one was a surprise! We never stayed in this golf course eagle Lodge area and it is a gem! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway in winter and I can only imagine how phenomenal it is during summer. Thank you so much for having us!

Great condo and location…Highly Recommend

We had a great time at this property. It was me, my wife and 20 month old daughter and my mother. The condo was very clean and the kitchen very well supplied for cooking. We were able to walk to eagle lodge each morning within 5-7 minutes and hop on the lifts and come back for lunch and back to the mountain. The co do was very spacious for us and clean and comfy. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo near Eagle

Easy check in. Great communication from management co. Very well-stocked kitchen. Spa was not opened which was our only disappointment but we will be back! Hopefully when Eagle is open.

Beautiful Fall Visit

We had a great experience renting this property. The management team was easy to communicate with and helpful with our questions. The property is clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our family and pups. We would definitely rent this property again.
