We had questions about the house when we arrived and it took over an hour to reach a representative who could not answer our questions. The refrigerator was very unstable and the kitchen has very poor supplies.

The hot tub was not hot at all. The code at check in that we were given didn't work but easy access to the lockbox offsite. Everything else was great! Convenient location near canyon lodge for access to the lifts and mountains. brisk walk.

Great location and well equipped. Management was super responsive. Very much enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to replace shower heads and upgrade bedding, which is quite old and scratchy. Bring your own blankets and pillows as suggested by host. Overall, quite nice!

Amazing Stay at a Luxurious Mammoth Condo!We had such a great time staying at this beautiful Mammoth condo! The place feels luxurious yet cozy. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is perfect — close to Mammoth Village, restaurants, and the lifts. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mammoth!

Good Location Walk To Canyon Lodge

Relatively well equipped kitchen. Needed pot holders and a small cutting board. Could have used more bath towels for hot tub. Otherwise, very comfortable. Nice hot tub. The cornice hanging near the hot tub was worrisome. Crews were working to shovel and blow paths between buildings, and trying to keep exit doors clear, and remove snow from the roofs, but that was all a big challenge in this record snow year!

Super location. Easy to get to and close to everything. Condo cabin look is super dated. TVs didn’t work. Horrible bedding. Barely there pillows. A sheet for a blanket. Oddly put together kitchen. Needs TLC! Using 3rd party management shows. Ps no way to put 8 adults unless we missed something. .

Perfect location!!

We had a great stay! The property was perfection, the right amount of space for 6 of us (two adults, two 13y/o, 6y/o, and 4y/o. Walkable to Canton Lodges and an abundance of games and puzzles for night time fun! Will definitely book again!

Upon arrival I notified the PM of the following deficiencies: 1. Living Room Heater not working 2. Bedroom 2 Heater not working 3. Master bedroom and bedroom 2 TV remotes not working 4. Oven not working 5. Kitchen knobs missing 6. No cutting board in kitchen 7. wood for fireplace not accessible on the 4th day of our stay someone finally showed up with batteries for the remotes (still didn't work) and no other work orders. This is is beautiful Condo, but unfortunately VACASA Management is pititful.

Great lodging four our group

We had a great stay at this unit and everything was perfect except for the internet did’nt work but we had decent cell coverage but no big deal. We recommend this unit for any group that needs three rooms in a luxury setting

Misleading Property Description

The condo was comfortable but the way it was advertised was misleading in ways that are not tolerable to me. This condo was advertised as having Wifi. However nothing related to the internet or the wifi ever worked. I was planning to ski and work in the afternoons and we booked this place because it would facilitate both. When we called management to tell them wifi wasn’t operable they gave is a lame excuse about Mammoth being crowded. That’s very strange because since wifi didn’t work in the condo I was forced to visit a friend’s house or go to Starbucks daily and the wifi worked perfectly well from those Mammoth locations. I have stayed in Mammoth dozens of times and I’ve never stayed in a place with no access to internet. Also while we were there a doorknob came off of one of the bedroom doors and a wallet with ID necessary to claim lift tickets got locked in the room. So that caused a lot of stress and delayed access to the mountain. A maintenance person did come eventually but about 11/2 hours of skiing. The process of picking up a key to the unit is such that you stop by their office in a totally different location and access a lockbox. There was only 1 key in the lockbox at the time of check in. That was 1 key for 2 families to share. That is impractical for a ski trip in a ski in ski out condo as different people will want to come and go at different times. We resolved that situation by putting a lockbox on the front door of the unit. (I happen to be a Realtor and had one in the car). If you don’t travel with a lockbox you might have to live with leaving the door unlocked in this situation. Finally, the condo is a 3rd floor walk-up and that was not noted on the listing. That wouldn’t have stopped us from booking it but it would have been nice to be properly informed. There is no elevator in the building.

Loved this property and the location is perfect. The WiFi is not good which is a problem for us hopefully they can upgrade their internet speed and band width and we will definitely be back.

Spacious Yet Cozy Mountain Escape

A nice, conveniently located condo on the outside, with the feel of a cozy mountain cabin. Comfortably furnished with updated bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Location near Canyon Lodge makes it super convenient for access to Mammoth Mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the property. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful and convenient location. Super fun area and get away for our family! Picking up the key was tricky as we had a difficult time finding the office. It’s in the doorway of a paint store.
