stayed 5 days 4 nights and has an amazing time. Fireplace came with enough pellets for the stay more. Every room had heating, plenty of electrical plugins, blankets etc. Kitchen was full of glassware, silverware, and other tools which we really appreciated. It’s also a couple blocks from one the gondolas. It is a walk/multiple staircases up to the unit so keep that in mind if you don’t like walking or are handicapped.

Excellent stay!! The condo was perfect for us, spacious and super equipped! Just the right walking and driving distance from everywhere. Breakfast on the mini balcony was my favorite part of my stay.We highly recommend the conde !

This property was advertised as smoke-free, but the entire house reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong that it even clung to our clothes, and despite leaving all the windows and doors open, it never went away. The upstairs bedroom bed is completely sunken in and uncomfortable , and the pillows smelled terrible. Overall, the condition of the property did not match the listing and made our stay very uncomfortable.

Nice condo but bring earplugs. Loud drunk neighbors til 2 Am. Also make sure to bring whatever you need. There aren't any food staples, foil,etc

The condo was nice!!!!! I was not impressed with VACASA, location, hot tub (yuck). No cleaning service or supplies. I was there for a month. Wasn't even a blanket on the bed.

TO MANY STAIRS

Everything was awesome except the stairs. there was no elevator for all the flights of stairs with our stuff was really bad and dangerous. Besides the stairs, everything else was in perfect order I mean we really enjoyed the stay we had the best time and just dreaded going up and down from the stairs.

Nice condo, not so for the door lock

Two times during our stay, we could not access the condo because the code for door lock had expired, requiring us to call to get a new code. What if we had been returning from the spa without our phone?!?!?

BLOOD ON SHEETS UPON CHECK IN! DISGUSTING PROPERTY AND HORRIBLE OWNERS!

We arrived here late at night after a long drive, only to find BLOOD all over the sheets on the bottom bed. Not only is that DISGUSTING, but clearly indicates the sheets were NEVER WASHED. Customer support was TERRIBLE as you need to go through a 3rd party who replies to your concerns with nothing but surveys. After finally getting through to someone, they promised to change the sheets, but instead LEFT A TRASHBAG OF SHEETS outside our room for us to change ourselves. I didn't PAY to handle biohazard material that even hospitals require specialized equipment to handle. This place is by far the WORST experience I've ever had and has refused even a partial refund multiple times even though half the rooms were UNUSABLE. Save your self the trouble and find another place that won't give you a disease from someone else's blood.

Great property but with some unfortunate bumps…

I will start by saying that this property is quite clean, comfortable and for a short term rental, really well-stocked with cooking/kitchen items. However, it would be nice if the hosts kept the basic spices stocked (salt, pepper, tiny bottle of olive oil), but that’s a fairly minor quibble. As for location, fantastic! It was a 10 minute walk to the Village gondola, so that makes a HUGE difference! Now for the negative. Our check-in experience was VERY difficult. We had trouble finding our unit. The information we were provided simply listed a single number. When we arrived (at night, so low visibility) the buildings all had a letter followed by numbers. And none of them were the single digit we were given. So we called Vacasa (the prop mgrs). We were on hold for 30 mins. Meanwhile, I’m texting them too. Pretty sure AI was responding to me, because it had a very sympathetic tone while being utterly unhelpful. Finally spoke to the woman. Who ended up being dismissive and slightly rude. Also very unhelpful. We only found the unit by merely stumbling on it. Note to VACASA: PUT THE ENTIRE NUMBER ON THE INFO!!! The other issue was the door lock code they provided us in that text/email was OFF by one digit! Thankfully, I mistakenly entered the correct code (my mild dyslexia), and only realized the error thru sheer luck! Hey Vacasa: DO BETTER!

Great stay

Wonderful property to stay at. Listing is accurate. Great for small family, two couples or couple friends. The host is very prompt to respond if there are any questions. My boyfriend and I come to mammoth for snowboarding and loved being able to walk to the village or bus stop from this location. The place was very comfortable to stay in and we would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to village gondola for reasonable price

Place was very clean. The thermostats were a little old and inaccurate. Shower water pressure was not great. Otherwise good. 5 min walk to village gondola. No issues parking. Stairs up to 2nd floor were manageable. The road and parking spots were cleared of snow regularly. Plenty of towels. Had to learn how to use pellet stove but it helped to warm up common space. There was a door code to get in, which was very long and difficult to memorize, Hot tub was right across the street - small but warm and lockers/restrooms were open to change.

Fun time

Fishing was great, got some sizable fish in lake Mary. A couple 3lb fish a 4 plus and a 5 pounder. The condo was comfortable, had a slight problem with downstairs restroom.
