🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Two assigned tandem underground parking spaces (#215). Garage clearance is 7'1". Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Elevator: Elevator access is available but is maintained by the HOA. Temporary outages may occur, and stairs may be required. This condo also has interior stairs.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The seasonal pool, BBQ stations, and picnic area are open during the summer months. Three hot tubs and the sauna are typically available year-round.

• Winter Note: The HOA may temporarily cover exterior windows during winter to protect against falling icicles.

• Construction: Aspen Creek is undergoing community-wide siding and window improvements. Construction may occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and guests may experience noise, debris, and limited access in some areas.

• Cooling: A portable AC unit is provided in the primary bedroom only. The remaining rooms do not have air conditioning.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
