  • Stay in this cozy cabin next to Mammoth Cave National Park, KY in the heart of nature and experience a true escape. Relax and enjoy the serene views either on your porch facing the water or with your friends at the common area Pavilion. Go for a refreshing dip in the lake, or go fishing, or enjoy a leisurely kayak ride. Go on a journey to our secluded private cave and waterfall then enjoy hiking, fossil hunting or explore our landscaped playground. This is not just a cabin, it is a resort!
    We welcome your pets, Please add the 75.00 pet fee at checkout under extras. Please keep pets on a leash outside of your cabin. We have a 1000 acres, please walk your pets a good distance from the cabin to potty.

    Enjoy the best fishing in Kentucky, all fishing is catch and release only. We have a wide variety of fish including Florida Bass Hybrids, Crappie, Catfish (channel, and blue) and of course every kids favorite bluegill.

Great stay

My family has stayed in this cabin twice now, and both stays were perfect. Clean and nice cabin in a great peaceful location near Mammoth Cave National Park.

We loved our stay! The property is gorgeous! We loved walking the trail, fishing in the ponds/lake. The cabin was PERFECT! As my four year said "I don't want to leave this cabin, it's my favorite!" We want to come back

Cute Cabin

We had a great time staying at this sweet little cabin at Mammoth Cabin. It was a great fit for our family of four! Everything was clean and our kids loved the little loft area.

Great place!

My husband, adult daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, convenient to Mammoth Cave NP, super clean, lake for swimming, hiking, bonus was their own cave with waterfall!

Beautiful setting

Great "log cabin" with all of the modern amenities for a stay near Mammoth Cave. The big porch offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. And the hosts are incredibly responsive to any questions. The waterfall/cave on the property are spectacular. Be prepared though, the rest of the hike has some serious elevation changes.

Perfect in every way!

My family of five had the best time at this cabin. It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at and had the most accommodating hosts ever. Everything from the private fishing ponds to the serene sunsets makes this place special in so many ways! Perfect!

The cabin was beautiful and on amazing property. They are well maintained and the owners were easy to contact if we had any issues. I highly recommend these cabins to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

Peaceful cabin

It's was very clean, and peaceful. The scenery was beautiful. We loved being able to take our pet along with us. Will definitely be going back, hopefully soon!

Cave vacation

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The cabin was very clean, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we would definitely stay at these properties again in the future. I would also tell others about these properties for future reference. It was a great location to reach Mammoth Cave.

Tucked away gem

This was so much better than we anticipated! All needs were thought of, they really have gone above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible. The property is just so cool, the waterfall and cave with arrowhead hunting was everyone's favorite part. We will definitwly be back!

Outdoor Wonder

Property was better than expected. Every detail was thought through from the cabin set up to the availability of kayaks and bass boats to hiking trails and on site swimming, fishing, and waterfalls. Amazing family vacation in complete peace and quiet but close enough to major attractions and Bowling Green. Can’t wait to plan a visit with more friends!

This was exactly what we needed. Secluded, cozy cabin to recharge. Had everything we needed and was super clean. The owners were very responsive to texts and questions. They have such a beautiful property. We cannot wait to come back.

Quiet relaxing time

We wish we could of stayed longer! The hiking trail and waterfalls was really nice. My daughter and husband enjoyed the fishing very much. Will love to come back and stay for more then 2 days!!

Property is newer and promising

The owners are working on improving each day. I'm certain this property will draw fishing parties as well as boaters. Facility offers plenty of room for parking boats for enjoying Lake and river nearby.

Outdoor Paradise

Everything about this location was perfectly thought through. Having the various lakes for swimming and fishing was a hit with our family. The owner is very responsive and accommodating to anything requested. He has a wonderful trail system with waterfall and bride on site. Very peaceful but close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor getaway!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful time relaxing on the back deck looking out over the rolling fields. Just what I needed. Our rescue dog loved the outdoors and the porch. Walk to the cave was very nice. Plan on more hiking and kayaking next time. Very enjoyable time.

Gem in the South

Such a gem in the rural area of KY that was just as the website described for a family-friendly getaway! Perfect for visiting Mammoth Cave National Park by day and watching the sunset from the back porch at night. Our teen and younger son enjoyed the lake on property for swimming and fishing. A big bonus that we could bring our four-legged fur baby along also. Thank you for having us!
