"We had the most amazing stay at Headley Inn. The cabin was a great size for a couple pup and it was clean and well cared for. As history nerds the background and buildings were fascinating to learn about. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Sitting on the porch drinking delicious wine was the highlight of our trip. We have famoly in the area we visit often and now we're recommending all our people stay here when they pass through because it's truly a unique and memorable...

The drive in was a little confusing with the junk yard and a few more blankets and pillows could be nice but either way we had a great weekend. "

"Michelle was an excellent host. She was very friendly and talked to us each day we were there. Just so you know, this is a cabin. There is no running water or toilet. There is a shower house and port a john. Both were very clean and we really enjoyed the cabin itself. There is a nice porch, a covered porch and plenty of room for two adults and two kids (it was just us when we stayed. There is a ton of open space to hike and wander, like 100 acres worth. "Overall we were very happy with our stay. Upon check in you will have to call the host directly to obtain the pin for the door. The cabin was very clean and maintained however there was a pretty bad gnat problem in the bathroom. Mostly confined to the sink, however did make their way out into the kitchen area so we had to make sure we had our food secured. "We did not want to leave the Oak & Oar Camphouse! It was such a blast and we were amazed with the property and the activities for both adults and kiddos to enjoy. The rec room with a big hit for everyone. It was very spacious both inside and outside and there were SO many things to do. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun for all."
