We had the most amazing stay here, we travelled with our 3 young children. The pool and beach front really made our stay magical, my son said “this is the life” 😂 The rooms were lovely and clean and wifi was great as I work remotely it’s important. I highly recommend this property, the care takers are so kind and helpful too, thank you

The location and house are a 10/10. Set on a point, the views are expansive and constantly changing with the tides, making it a spectacular place to relax. The layout of the house works really well, and the pool is a real highlight.Nilesh, the caretaker, and his wife are incredibly helpful and keep the house clean, coming every two days.The only aspects that let the property down are the crappy kitchen equipment and a few maintenance items that could do with some attention. That said, these are minor compared with everything the property has to offer. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and we would happily stay here again

The house is in a great location easy access to musket marina on bike. We didn’t appreciate the male caretaker showing up at 730am outside our window raking. He showed up regularly unannounced throughout the day. He also tried to make us checkout at 9am despite the checkout time being listed as up to 11am. We wouldn’t rebook based on the experience with the care taker.

The place was good but the care taker, continue to intrude , didn’t clean the pool, continue to off the electricity n water , and charge laundry for 3 piece clothes at 20 each.

As some other reviews have noted, the place is a little run down and could benefit from a handy man just going around and fixing small stuff.PROS: Bikes were very handy to cruise around on. Pool and view were great. Matresses were comfy. Peaceful. Was able to message the owner with questions prior to arrival which helped us plan.CONS: No TV, listed in the ad and you can see where it would go but not there. No speaker to connect to for music. Couldn't get the gas cooktop to work. No gas bottle for BBQ. Toilet roll holder in one bathroom didn't work. No soap at hand basins. Bed creaky. Dining chairs wobbly. Had to hunt for the snorkelling gear. Two safes, one is locked (can't use) and the other only has a few buttons that work. I had to go and buy 15L water, small thing but would be better if a new one was available ready to swap out.The biggest issue was the caretaker. Nice enough guy, and I understand that he has a job to do, but he would appear at random times. At one point he brought a family through to show them the place and discuss them staying! I appreciated that he messaged me when they needed to do housekeeping and I organised us to be out.Overall, the place has SOOOOO much potential if a little TLC is thrown at it. Caretaker needs to respect privacy and communicate a lot more.

By western standards the cleanliness is a 2/10. The caretaker is a little odd, as per previous reports. The location and outlook is good. They will offer to cook you and meal and then present an exorbitant invoice after the fact.
