Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en familia. Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa. La villa nos dio una sensación muy agradable de apertura, ya que las terrazas delantera y la trasera se conectan mediante la sala de estar y la cocina. Además, las habitaciones son cálidas, cómodas, y tienen un buen sistema de climatización. La piscina y el parque están en perfecto estado de mantenimiento, se nota que son cuidados regularmente. El servicio de limpieza una hora por día funcionó perfectamente, nos ha ayudado a descansar y a desconectarnos. Jugar a la petanca fue algo nuevo para nosotros, muy entretenido para pasar tiempo con los niños. La ubicación nos encantó. La playa de El Toro está muy cerca y a 50 metros hay un bonito mirador donde disfrutar de las vistas sobre Port Adriano. Nuestra valoración es muy positiva, tanto de la villa como del equipo que nos recibió y apoyó durante la estancia.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt zentral in der Nähe einer schönen Bucht! Leider liegt die Pool-Seite an der Straße und das ist schon ziemlich laut. Außerdem müssten mal Handtücher und Bettwäsche erneuert werden. Sie hatten Flecken und rochen ziemlich muffig! Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt!

The villa was lovely, as described and decorated to a high level. The outdoor space is great, with lots of seating areas and a great pool. Although the pool faces the main road, it wasn’t an issue and still felt private. The Villa is walkable to a number of shops and the marina, as well as a bus stop to take you to Palma. Unfortunately during our stay the air con system was not working properly, Marco came to check it the day after we raised the issue and confirmed it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. He brought us two additional fans to use in the bedrooms however with an 8 month baby this was not ideal. The BBQ was also not working throughout our stay, and was only fixed on our 2nd last night which meant we were unable to enjoy a bbq meal. The Villa was cleaned but not checked before we checked in. We had to ask Marco for more glassware and to tell him there were not enough sunbeds for the number of people the Villa can accommodate. Check in was 4pm, but when we arrived the cleaning team were still there and didn’t finish until half past 4. We were advised by Marco that the owner would compensate us for our issues, however it has now been over a month and we are yet to receive a response which is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We’ve been holding off posting our review as had hoped to resolve our issues privately, however unfortunately this has not been the case.

Das war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entspricht auch den Bildern im Internet. Die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig mit sehr schönen Badezimmern. Die Ausstattung der Küche war top, top. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Die Anreise war unkompliziert und alles lief reibungslos. Hervorzuheben ist der Betreuer der Villa, Marco, der sich um alles gekümmert hat und jederzeit bei Problemen geholfen hat. Die Lage der Villa ist super gelegen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Kompliment für dieses tolle Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kann ich zu 100# empfehlen.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal da und waren zufrieden. Im Haus war alles Notwendige da. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Hängematte und die Sitzpolster draußen teilweise (Schimmel-)Flecken hatten, was nicht gerade einladend war. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Lovely property, decorated modern and clean. Location is very good, and the back garden is so relaxing and tranquil, the hammock was a great addition! Everything there you need from a large smart tv to Mallorca guides. Few negatives, the beds were lovely and comfortable but the duvets do not fit! There were two singles on a double bed, obviously sleeping together was not comfortable as we kept loosing the duvet. The pillows could do with being bigger and softer, and no instructions left, ie: how to use the tv, cooker, washing machine, and where the rubbish goes. Obviously we worked it out but when your paying what we paid you would expect these. The Wi-Fi is good and very convenient having Netflix! The cleanness was good but on arrival a few of the bins were not emptied from the previous guests. My favourite area was definitely the garden, very well landscaped. Did not venture in the pool as it was not warm enough and it is quite shaded, obviously not a problem in the height of season. But looked clean and plenty of sun beds. There is also a bbq area with a sofa and lighting, we did not use it but again was clean. The host was responding well to my watzap messages before we arrived, but we did ask a few questions that were never answered, obviously not a big issue, but again, this was not a cheap place to stay! One of the local places we loved was the Anchor bar, lovely coffee and breakfast, and very friendly helpful staff. The harbour is a walk away, but beware there is a steep hill which is fine walking down, but not so fine walking up! Lovely restaurants here, and beautiful boats to admire. Overall it was a very nice, clean villa. In a very good location.

First impressions when we walked in was "wow!", what a beautiful villa, smelt good, nice and cool throughout with the air-con. We settled in straight away, it has pretty much all the amenities you could need, much like being at home. The pool was a good temperature, for info I'm 6'1" the shallow end was about waist height, the deep end I could not reach the floor. We were familiar with the area anyway but there are some nice restaurants just a stones throw away, and a couple of shops including a Spar supermarket 5 min walk. Just a few negatives which did not detract from our stay - some damage to items in the property, I sent photos to Marco as I was concerned we'd be to blame but this was fine. The balcony off the main bedroom has no chairs or loungers which is a shame. And the 4th bedroom downstairs would be better having regular beds in my opinion. Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely use again and recommended to friends.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz für unsere Familie mit 7 Personen. Im Haus befinden sich 3 Badezimmer und 1 Gäste-WC. Gut eingerichtete Küche und draußen steht der Weber Grill bereit. Insgesamt sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. 👍

Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern und die Einrichtung war sehr gut. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und der gesamte Ablauf einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und modern und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Objekt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen !

Wir sind am Abend in der Villa angekommen und der check in war problemlos. Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich hervorragend, auch können wesentliche Dinge einfach zu Fuss eingekauft werden. Betten sind für 6 Personen wirklich gut, für Personen 7 und 8 sind es Behelfsbetten und diese sind für kleine Kinder zwar noch okay, für Erwachsene jedoch nicht geeignet. Sauberkeit war anstandslos und es sind alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden, um auch täglich selbst zu kochen. Die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäss und wirklich schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We have spent a great week in el Toro. The location is beautifully designed, clean and with spacious areas for large groups (we were 8 + 1 baby). The days we didn’t drove around the island we had a great time because of the boule field and the pool. Both our cars fitted on the venue and were secured through a gate. The Manager (Marco) was very friendly and helpful, and made extra arrangement possible whenever needed.
