We are sorry to hear that it was not to your liking, the photos of the room are exactly as shown on our website. Fortunately we had availability and were able to offer you another room of a higher category. We regret that the reception did not inform you properly, we have 2 restaurants. One of them is for adults only. Regarding the animation, it is true that it is more focused on children than on teenagers. We will forward your comments to the hotel manager and he will take into account all the points you have written. In short, the Marins Playa is a very family friendly hotel and perhaps we should have offered you the Marins Suites, a quieter hotel, with sea view and for adults only. If you book this hotel you have the possibility to use the facilities of the Marins Playa as well.
