This home is the perfect holiday home, being just a short walk to beaches, town centre, school and boat launching facilities. This home offers two large living areas with open plan kitchen, four big bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This home is the modern beach house with its clean lines and light interior.
There is also a double carport with roller door plus single carport for the boat.
The property is well appointed.
Cooking Facilities: Electric cooktop, Electric oven, Microwave and BBQ with wok burner on side.
Sleeps 8, with 2 queen beds and 4 single beds.

Well appointed stayz with lovely neighbours who herded our dog back in when she escaped. Easy walking distance to town and beach.

Hear the surf
This property was very comfortable for our family and dogs. It is walking distance to the beach and boat ramp. Lovely walks and felt good to put something back into Mallacoota. Would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing break near bush and beach

A Gem of a Place
Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in the home with room for everyone. The 2 living areas meant we could retreat to our own area and leave the teenagers to watch movies in their own space.
The house had nearly everything we needed, including a potato peeler which I usually have to buy when we stay somewhere. The house was clean and the location great for accessing the town and beach.
Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again.

A lovely place to stay
We enjoyed the house immensely. Our group consisted of me, my husband and brother. 'Breakaway' was indeed that. It gave us plenty of room to move and to have our comfortable spaces. Our two dogs settled in well, particularly as the location was just a short walk to the beach and swimming. We would love to return. Christine

Mallacoota Holiday.
Absolutely loved this property. Location was perfect and close to everything we required. Quiet even though it is on a busy road for the main boat ramp and beach. Look forward to coming back again.

35 Bastion Mallacoota
Lovely stay enjoyed it, amazing location, lovely house. Didn’t end up taking my pet Chihuahua was to scared of ticks and probably for the best as even though the yard was fully fenced out back there were places he could have escaped I feel it would be more suited to medium to large dogs.
The oven part of the stove was not working which was a shame as I had packed a lot of food for the kids. I doubt they knew this and I don’t hold the owners accountable maybe a fuse or something. The house was very roomy and the location was amazing walking distance to the beach and shops.
Would have loved a mop and bucket as I like to mop the floors for the owner as I would in my own home before I leave.
Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it as a stay for a family getaway. Beautiful 😊

Perfect relaxing getaway!
This place was great, short walk to the beach, and walking distance to the main shops too. With 2 living area's its easy to get your own space. But we spent most of our time outside on the Veranda watching the Kangaroo's, Lyrebirds, resident skinks, & soaking in the serenity. Even though the BBQ looked a bit worse for wear, we used it a lot and it was perfect for a cooked breakfast each morning.
Only complaint is that our bed wasn't very comfy, other than that its the perfect get away.
