"Wonderful experience at Stay Awhile. Celebrated my mother's birthday in Malibu. The view was nice and the sound of waves crashing at night was serene. We were on the first floor...no stairs to navigate for my elderly mother. The amenities were great, comfortable bed and couch, and amazing bathroom. It was a quaint little temporary home. The facility was well maintained and a short walk to Nobu's was a plus. I would highly recommend this property."

"Lisa made check-in and out very easy, stocked the place with games and toys, and was great with our dogs. There was wood for the wood-burning stove (much appreciated, since the mobile home doesn't have central heat or air), and the kitchen was adequately stocked. However, with the small fridge and limited counterspace, it was a bit challenging to cook. The stay was peaceful as it's an old, quiet neighborhood perched on the side of a hill next to Topanga State park, though we were disappointed to...

"House is located in a beautiful area, stores and restaurants are close by, the area is safe and peaceful, you have everything you need for your stay, we found everything clean, the only problem we found was the a/c, you need to open the window during the night to have the house cool, we recommend this house for a small family. Thank you."

"We had a great 2 nights here while we were in Los Angeles. This was a great location near Santa Monica food and shopping and we were only 20-25 minutes from SoFi Stadium for the NFL game we were in town for. Very clean and a great place that was nice and quiet at the end of a long day running around LA. I would definitely recommend."

"This is our 2nd stay. We brought my mother in law to stay with us. We loved our welcome package, which happened to be some of our favorite snacks. Our stay was amazing to say the least. Very quiet, safe beautiful little Bungaloo. We loved watching the squirrels and cats being friends in the beautiful trees and plats. Everything you need, it is available.
