"This is one of the old buildings that sit right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. It is a back apartment but when you go out the door and turn towards the beach you are on the boardwalk in about five seconds!! The listing said it might be a little noisy and there were lots of people coming and going between the buildings but it was not bad and we knew this when we rented it. We would stay again."

"Walking distance to lots of shopping. Dining and beaches. If you are a light sleeper, bring white noise or earplugs and the ocean waves are very close. "

"Perfect area for our stay with our daughter. Wouldn’t stay with more than three adults as it is small but the walk to the beach is short and perfect distance between Venice and Santa Monica Pier. WiFi worked well but we didn’t have cell service inside the bungalow so had to walk out to talk on phone if needed. Communication with owner was good and all questions were answered. Don’t forget to move your car Tuesday mornings! "

"We were very happy with our stay, just a heads up for anyone staying there isn’t air conditioning and the bed is at the top of the loft so it gets very warm up there, there is a fan that is okay but still very warm. However place was nice and clean, had all the listed amenities, and we felt safe behind the locked alley "
