"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"We got there to make a early check in, the guy from the desk was not sure what he was doing. They charge us 2 times with no reason, when we went to ask they said that they don't save cards on the system but they charge us, even when we pay in full before the trip. The breakfast it's not good at all, they don't offer different options and the waffles taste weird even the other stuff. In resume we were not going back to this places and we do not recommend this "Hotel". And our room was dirty the...
