"The apartment was clean, comfortable & adorably decorated. The parking security officers and permanent residents were extremely thoughtful & kind & went out of their way to help us. Communication was fantastic as well. Overall an excellent experience!"

"The check in process was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a frequent traveler.The address given was the wrong building. (It was the building across the street)There was no parking offered. The closest parking was 3 blocks away (street parking) and very limited. The host suggested a parking garage. We parked there, only to discover that will be towed for overnight parking.Is paying for overnight accommodations for an extended weekend, it should be understood that one needs overnight...

"Check in was a frustrating point, parking isn’t ideal (paid garage across the street). Overall it was a perfectly fine stay that had some things that I had to work around. If it’s in budget in Cincy, you could do a lot worse. "
