"Charming old building with cosy rooms. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Nice views of the river and sailboats. Right at the promenade. Access to the rooms through the staff area of the kitchen. Private bathroom was not en-suite."

"Staff were great, breakfast was very good. Easy parking. A very old building and theyve done their best to modernise it. I felt the access from the pub into the the hotel area was perhaps less secure than most hotels. On the whole a good experience at the Blue Boar."
