"We really appreciated this hotel for a 3-night stay to visit Port Hardy, Sointula, Alert Bay, etc. It had everything we needed and more. Our room was spacious, clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was modern and efficient with a near full size fridge, wow! The bathroom was a nice size with large countertop to place items. "Disappointing, our room (212) was near exit door which frequently slammed and in the evenings it sounded like furniture being moved around in the room above. The carpet needs replacing as it has lots of stains, room was not made up on the 2nd day and had to ask for clean towels."
