Geräumige und saubere Wohnung

Schöne geräumige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, kommt auch ohne Klimaanlage aus. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten wunderbare sechs Tage am Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung liegt oben in Navene und erstaunlicherweise hört man von der Straße so gut wie gar nichts! Auch die direkte Badestelle unterhalb der Ferienwohnung ist herrlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit seinem Sohn hat sehr gut funktioniert . Wir waren in der unteren Wohnung, die sehr funktional, sauber und ruhig war. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Das kleine Bad und die etwas ältliche Dusche .

Erlebnisurlaub am Gardasee

Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig in Narvene gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es gab aussen eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus und ein weiterer Platz zum sitzen am Grill. Die Wohnung hat neben Küche und kleinem Aufenthaltsbereich drei Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen. Super sind die angebrachten Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist durch die Lage im Berg auch im Sommer sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Alles in allem kann man diese Wohnung sehr gut anderen Urlaubern empfehlen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen, aber auch für Ausflüge

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist perfekt gelegen, um zu Entspannen, aber auch um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war total unkompliziert, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen und vielen Informationen der Umgebung. Die Eltern, welche im Haus wohnen, waren tolle Gastgeber. Angefangen mit einem Willkommensgruß, bis hin zu Köstlichkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten. Schade, dass wir wieder abreisen mussten. Danke an Walter und an seine Familie

wonderful

dear Walter and parents, we were welcomed with espresso and gelato... so great.... The fridge didn't work, but already the next day (sunday) we got a new one. The appartment is very large (we only used 1 sleeping room). The terrace and another one with barbecue, everything we needed. The parents brought us wine (self made?) and your mother some roses. Fine people. Thanks for this stay, we enjoyed it very much. best regards to mum and dad. Eva and Thomas (Germany)

Great vacation experience

Rightly 5 stars for this vacation. It was a welcoming atmosphere - we found everything we needed within the appartment and the location was just right with close proximity to the lake, tennis courts and hiking paths while still being able to have quiet and relaxing dinners in the garden. We will surely return.

Familienurlaub

Einchecken hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da die Eltern im Haus nur italienisch sprechen. Über Fewonachrichten war es dann. Mit dem Vermieter kein Thema Wohnung sehr sauber, prima eingerichtet uns hats an nichts gefehlt Tolle terrasse, parkplatz vorhanden Das einzige Manko waren die Betten, ungewohnt weiche Matratzen. Wir würden immer wieder hinfahren.

Exceptional hosting!

We had a very good stay at Walter's place in Navene. The property is as described and depicted and was very clean. The location is good for visiting nearby Malcesine (4km away) and there are lots of watersports within a short walk. We really enjoyed the cable car ride up to Mount Baldo, having lunch at the top - much cooler than the heat of the lakeside. Walter (and his parents who live upstairs) were so hospitable and helpful throughout. One of our guests needed to visit a hospital during our stay and Walter gave us all the details of where to go and what to do. Prior to our visit, Walter sent many recommendations of places to visit locally and further afield and restaurant suggestions. Many thanks go him - he could not have been more helpful!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger Lage.

Super schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter mit sehr netten Eltern, die in der Wohnung obendrüber wohnen und direkt bei Problemen zur Stelle sind. Sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, es hat an nix gefehlt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, unseren Kindern und unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Zum See zur Badestelle sind es nur 600m, der Rückweg ist steil. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr. 😊

Sehr erholsam

Unsere Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist vorhanden und wenn etwas fehlen sollte kümmert sich Walter ( Vermieter) oder seine Eltern umgehend darum ( wohnen im gleichen Haus ) Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch unsere 3 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, was bei dreien ja auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Unterkunft ist etwas oberhalb gelegen, aber dadurch war es auch sehr ruhig. Direkt in Navene ist das Mitführen von Hunden am Wasser zwar nicht gestattet, aber 1 km weiter in Campagnola ist das kein Problem. Auch das in dieser Region der Wind stärker ist als beispielsweise weiter südlich am Gardasee ist sehr angenehm, die Wärme ist dann besser zu ertragen vor allem für die Hunde. Den Tennisplatz gleich nebendran haben wir eigentlich nie wirklich gehört, also es stört überhaupt nicht. Das war unser 1. Aufenthalt am Gardasee und es war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte.

Top gepflegte Ferienwohnung in seeehr steiler Höhe

Top gepflegte Wohnung, selbst oben auf den Schränken nicht ein Staubkorn. Für mich als pingel absolut top. Vermieter auch absolut sympathisch, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Direkt zur Begrüßung erstmal einen wilkommens Korb, sehr aufmerksam wirklich. Die Lage war leider gar nicht so nach unserem Geschmack. Sehr steil dritte Reihe vom See. Also wenn es nach der Lage bewertet werden sollte leider nur zwei Sterne. Mit Kinderwagen unmöglich, vor allem vom See zur Wohnung zurück. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst wären wir dort nicht hingefahren und auch ein grosses minus, das nur ein Auto auf dem Hof bleiben durfte, wir waren mit zwei Familien da, eine musste sich also jeden abend einen Parkplatz suchen. No go für uns. Die Leute wirklich total nett und vor allem kein Problem mit Hunden.

Very nice place with an amazing view from the balcony

Very nice appartment with an amazing view from the terasse / balcony to the lake of Garda. The apartment had all that we needed, and it was very clean and homey.Navene is quite small compared to Malcesine and 4km away but easy to go by tourist bus which drives everyhour.One day we even walked along the lake to Malcesine which is possible if you are good by foot. So perfect if you like to relax in small area but also like to have some evening activity at Malcesine which plenty of bars and restaurants. We had a great stay at Walters place and everything is quite accessible either on foot or by car. Walter and his family are great hosts. Walters father even drove us to a wine tasting at Torbole and picked us up again after we had the tasting and our food. So we didn´t had to use a taxi. Such a nice and warm welcome was unbelievable to us. So we just can say thx for Walter hand his family having such great 4 days at Navene. See you next time !

Alles in allem: weiter zu empfehlen

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs (und zwei Hunde) und dafür war die Wohnung geräumig; sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und damit ist Ruhe angesagt. Außer am benachbarten Platz wird Tennis gespielt; da hört man ab und an das "Plopp", was uns aber nicht störte. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Eltern des Vermieters, die im selben Haus wohnen. Begrüßung mit Espresso und etwas Palaver - da fühlt man sich gleich wohl.

We had a great time at Walters apartment.There was everything what we needed.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll.Alles war gut erreichbar von der Wohnung,außerdem hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf den See,den man auf der geräumigen Terrasse genießen konnte.Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft von Walter nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
