On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room sets a warm and inviting tone, featuring rustic yet cosy furnishings, a dining table, and a television. From this level, you have direct access to both the garden and the terrace. A first double bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with its own exit to the terrace, providing a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. A large, well-equipped kitchen completes this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a kettle, and a freezer, and also offering access to the garden and the terrace. A shower and WC serve this floor.

The upper floor hosts a second double bedroom, equally comfortable and bright, with its own private exit to the terrace. This floor is served by a bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC.
