Villas en Malcantone

"Sehr schönes gelegene Unterkunft. Viele Treppen führen ins Haus, was uns noch nicht ganz so viel ausgemacht hat aber doch sehr anstrengend waren. Dafür wurden wir mit einem tollen Ausblick auf dem See von der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse belohnt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre es ratsam, dass der Vermieter über ein kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer nachdenkt. Keine Möglichkeit in der Unterkunft zu frühstücken. Aber genau unterhalb des Hauses war eine tolle...

"I’m not sure where to start, but I’ll say AMAZING! This house has a great location, and the adjacent terraced gardens were beautiful. Our family spent a lot of time swimming and jumping into the lake from the lowest terrace. The house was nice and well appointed. The host was great with communication, and this house provided an incredible place for our family vacation. Memories for a lifetime!"

This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"Die Villa ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben; ein schöner großer Garten mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie einem traumhafter Blick auf den See vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers. Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist, was problemlos möglich war. Von der Bushaltestelle oder der Fähranlegestelle sind es zu Fuß knapp 15 Minuten. Ein Restaurants und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. "

Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night.
