We had a wonderful weekend away in the Summit Ridge house. The pool was perfect temps, great amenities, and the lake views were awesome. Everything was as expected & we had great communication with our hosts. Thanks for making this property available for us!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property! The home is immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the moment we drove through the quiet, upscale neighborhood and pulled into the spacious driveway (plenty of parking!), we knew we had chosen the perfect place.Our group of eight close friends stayed for a girls’ weekend, and we were all blown away by how perfect this home was. The outdoor area is just as stunning as the interior—lush landscaping, a pristine yard, and a heated pool that we had the owner set to a refreshing 85 degrees. It was the ideal temperature for lounging and enjoying the sun!The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a friends' retreat, this property checks all the boxes: comfort, style, location, and amenities.We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend—this home is a true VRBO gem!

Online photos just don’t do it justice! The house was cute as could be, but the outside is really where it’s at! Lake views! If it’s warm you have the pool. If it’s chilly (and it was), we have the hot tub and the fire pit. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t find the oars for the one kayak or the one canoe, and there was a corn hole game but we couldn’t find the bean bags anywhere. So the pool house full of outdoor games needed more attention and organization. But we made up for it by spending time by the fire and in the hot tub. In all, every single guest had a blast, and we’d love to return some day!

We gather once a year with childhood friends for fun, laughter, float therapy and food. We loved the place for everything! The pool looked smaller than pictures but was actually plenty big! We will probably come back!

We had a great time at this property! There was a very nice swimming pool and we had brought a pool volleyball set which was great entertainment. Fishing from the dock and the kids jumping in the lake. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out. Nicely decorated. Pictures of the property are pretty accurate. Only drawback, it is not on open water, so no sunrise or sunset views.

Brought my family here for a little untraditional Thanksgiving and we hade the best time. The lake was low, but the pool was perfect!! 55 deg outside, pool was 87 deg. Quiet neighborhood, and great amenities. Malakoff is less than 10 min away and has everything you’ll need. Can’t wait for next time!!

Amazing weekend stay at this lovely home on the lake. The pool is pristine and comes with floats! The double decker dock gives off beautiful sunset vibes, kayaks, games, patio, firepit, so many areas to enjoy. The kitchen is so well organized and stocked with everything that you could need. Even a crockpot, which came in handy for tacos! We really loved it and would rebook in a heartbeat! Thank you!

From the get go, communication was instilled and was made a priority. The property manager is very quick to respond and super helpful. A cooking accident occurred during our stay and she was so incredibly kind and helpful. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool was fabulous! They recently installed a chiller which made a world of a difference in the 100+ degree weather. We will be returning to this property with our family and children, as well as friends again!

We spent a weekend at this great property with family (grandparents and two families of four). The house layout was perfect! One bedroom for each couple and bunk room upstairs that our four kids loved! The landscaping at the house was great, its a wonderful porch, pool, and backyard! The pool was very warm when we arrived (99 degrees) but after a conversation with the property manager we were able to add some water and ice and cooled the pool down. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely go back!
