It has all you need for your stay, parking for 3 vehicles, spacious new patio, modern decor and the list goes on… I’ve Stayed here twice now and it does not disappoint. Osman is great to communicate with, his place is new, clean and modern. I can’t wait to return. 5 stars!"

"The house was great--shiny and new, bright and clean. I was personally glad to have a bedroom on the main floor, since it's getting harder to do stairs, lol. The only complaint might be that there isn't really a dining room, but we made space to have the folding table and chairs up the whole weekend, because us old ladies like to sit around it at night, lol. It was tight, but we made do. Otherwise, great house!"

"We really enjoyed relaxing at the cottage for the weekend. Close to the beach yet far enough away from the busy main beach. The unit is perfect for two people and has a relaxing front porch with a view. The host was friendly and helpful Absolutely perfect."

"Excellent condition had everything we needed except a shot glass,toilet paper and a place to sit outside. Once we were there it was close to where we needed to be. The place was very clean. It was beautiful weather and was difficult to stay indoors.we already have recomended it to the many relatives we visited.. "

"We had a great time during our stay. The beautifully decorated house feels like a real home and is well maintained. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The pool was a big hit, especially for the kids and the lake is only a short drive away for some fun at the beach. Cassandra is a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again."

"Place is clean , it has everything we need to stay . The back yard is big enough to play a few games and enjoy the fire pit at night time . We had a cat coming over to visit so adorable. The only thing my family wasn't happy about is taking all the garbage with us . We payed big fee for cleaning we had to drive to the beach with garage in the trunk."

"Very thankful to this host who was able to get me in early when my accomodations fell though. It is the perfect distance from vic hospital where I was on placement. Lots of space and the kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are a bit hot on a warm evening but the fan really helped cool it down."

"Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. Would definitely stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grey Cottage! The premises are spotless, very welcoming, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed and then some! The bed we slept in was so comfortable and the bed linens provided were lovely! The location is ideal, close enough to a grocery store (if needed) and a very short drive to the beach.
