This apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a comfortable and bright space, ideal for enjoying your stay in Málaga.

The property features a spacious and luminous living and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two single beds each, designed to provide a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement for families, friends, or small groups. There is also a fully equipped independent kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping arrangement:

- Bedroom 1: two single beds (2 guests)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 guests)
- Living room: sofa bed (2 guests)

The accommodation is equipped with:

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit

- Guests have full access to the entire apartment.

- The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
