  • This luxury holiday penthouse in Malaga is located on the 7th floor with elevator. The apartment sleeps 4 people and offers two modern bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, free internet, Smart TV and a fantastic terrace from the living room offering sun most of the day. The accommodation in Malaga offers a unique opportunity to stay first class in the heart of the city with high quality furniture as well as modern and a practical design that makes your holiday perfect from check-in till check-out.



    This modern and stylish holiday apartment in Malaga city centre is set on one level with an additional upper rooftop terrace. The holiday apartment offers a large open-plan living and dining area with Smart TV, comfortable sofa, dining table and a modern open-plan kitchen with all accessories, bathroom, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower and direct access to the charming terrace with outdoor dining table and a trendy outdoor lounge area.



    A staircase on the main terrace leads you up to an upper rooftop terrace with 4 sun loungers and stunning views of Malaga.



    The property has air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. If you should need to park the car on your city break holiday, then we can offer secure parking nearby for 15 € per day.

Great spot

The apartment is in a great location. Very close to restaurants, bars and a short walk to the beach. The terrace is fantastic and a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Very nice place with two great terraces and a magnificent view over the city. Perfect for two couples. Many good restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed it a lot!

Apartment, location, host all 5*. Would stay again and/or stay at one of the host's other properties. We also used the airport transfer which went very smoothly.

Perfect stay in Malaga

Apartment Mercedes is the perfect place to stay in Malaga. We loved the convenience of the location, the views from both terraces, and the general ambiance of the apartment. The service was excellent also. If using the transport service, ask for Paco - he´s the best!

This was our second trip to Malaga and it did not disappoint. There were fantastic views of the city and the sunsets were unforgettable. This home was updated nicely, clean, had everything we needed, and the check in was seamless. We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to experience the city side of Malaga.

Great location!

Restaurants, museums and supermarkets nearby. The beach is only 15 mins walk away and the area feels very safe. The flat is very clean and comfortable with air-condition in all rooms. The host was very helpful and the view from the terrace is great(although I had to work a little on my fear of hights).

Good apartment in a fun location

Good apartment, well equipped and spacious with a lovely terrace that has super views over Plaza de La Merced and the city. Well located with key attractions very close by, and just a 15min walk to the beach. Note: there are building works in progress right next door currently with some noise and dust, but not really much inconvenience.

Excellent location

We had everything we needed in the apartment. In addition, we were close to everything that we needed – shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this apartment – and Solaga – to anyone wanting a holiday in Malaga. I would add that Galen was more than helpful when we arrived pointing out the various amenities, etc., within the immediate area. Thanks Galen! It was appreciated.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a nice terrace. Second bedroom felt a little small, cluttered and claustrophobic, but main bedroom good. Felt price point was a bit high given this. Could have done with some more towels. Good service from Solaga as always.

Great location and outside space

The apartment is absolutely lovely to look at and the outside space and facilities are superb. Not sure that the electric toilet, which kept making noises throughout the night, was a great addition to the facilities. As mentioned by another reviewer, the lift was rather old. We do however understand that this is part of the building and it's location.

Perfect apartment in Perfect Location!

This very clean, well equipped modernised apartment is located on the top floor of an old building. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms have everything you need for a very comfortable stay, this together with a well appointed terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. The location is absolutely perfect for central Malaga, old town, historic sights and the many beaches, all within easy walking distance. Also on your doorstep is a more than adequate supermarket, taxi rank (cheap) and buses. There are too many restaurants to mention as you fall out of the door! We had 9 nights there and would definitely book it again! The apartment is very good, the exterior and common areas could definitely do with some attention. I wouldn’t let this stop me rebooking.
