Located in a well-connected area of Málaga, you will have easy access to the historic center, the Málaga Cathedral, or the María Zambrano Station. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and all the necessary services for a comfortable stay.



The location allows you to move easily on foot or by public transport, with nearby connections that facilitate access to different points of the city and the beach.

Things to keep in mind:

- The washing machine and dryer are for common use by all neighbors and are located on the 4th floor.

- The apartments do not have dishwashers.

- For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly apartment cleaning is included.



For stays of 28 days or more:



-You will have to sign a rental contract

-Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

-You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.



Check-in: • Access to the apartment is done through an electronic lock, which allows for quick and flexible arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and, from that moment on, you can access at the time that best suits your travel itinerary, following the instructions we will send you before arrival • Check-out: until 11:00 AM



We offer the service of renting a baby chair and crib for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

-Baby crib (fitted sheet included): 30€
