Holiday Home 'Finca Arroyo De Las Adelfas' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

  • Located just outside the city of Málaga, 'Finca Arroyo de las Adelfas' is a private estate in its own 90 acre secluded valley.

    The huge, fully-modernized farmhouse, with a historic olive mill, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including the pool cottage, and is surrounded by extensive terraces and shaded pergolas. There is a built barbecue and a long refectory table, perfect for outdoor dining and a large swimming pool (11x8m) and pool cottage. The property can accommodate 14 people - more by arrangement. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, music system, table tennis, several wood-burning stoves, a washing machine and dryer. Baby cots and a high chair are also available.

    Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Pros: Alquilamos la casa para nochevieja un grupo de amigos y quedamos encantados. La casa tenía de todo lo necesario para pasar allí una larga temporada, la decoración nos encantó y los cuartos estaban totalmente acomodados para familias con hijos, aunque no era nuestro caso, nos encantó el detalle. La cocina estaba completamente equipada y los electrodomésticos eran muy nuevos. Lo que más nos gustó fue el horno que era completamente nuevo y nos vino de perlas para realizar la cena de nochevieja. Además tiene una barbacoa de obra fuera. El lugar donde se encuentra la casa está muy bien situado, muy cerca de Málaga y desde donde sólo puedes ver naturaleza. Todo precioso y muy tranquilo. La casa es perfecta para una estancia en Málaga tanto para grupos de amigos jóvenes como para familiares. Estoy segura de que repetiremos!

Pros: This is a great location - it is quiet yet only a few minutes from a good road that takes you to Malaga centre in 15 minutes. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly re the booking and a preview visit. There is a large pool , great for swimming.

Pros: Geweldig huis en prachtige locatie. Wij waren met 15 personen (volwassenen, kinderen en baby's) en er was ruimte genoeg. Malaga,Mijas, Antequera, Granada, Marbella is allemaal bereikbaar. Met een grote groep is dit huis een echte aanrader.

Pros: Just had a wonderful week at Finca Las Adelfas with our family (11 of us) end of May. Such an amazing place hidden away in the hills above Malaga just 20 mins or so from the airport. The house is very spacious and the rooms inside were beautiful although the weather was too nice to spend too much time indoors! The large pool is set above the house and has amazing views of the countryside around. All in all a great place for a relaxing get away with family and friends. Couldn't have wanted for anything more and would love to return one day!

Pros: Beautiful house in a rural but not in inaccessible place ... only 20 minutes to Malaga. lots of local and very well priced little Ventas ( we averaged a spend of ten Eros per person a night with as much food and wine as we each could consume!) Spacious property with loads of places to escape other members of your party .....We work a mix of family, friends, teenagers and small kids. ALL very happy, thank you.

Pros: The way this lovely house sits on the hill makes for wonderful views. The hacienda is open to the exterior everywhere. You can sit in the sun or in the shade surrounded by bougainville and agave during the whole day. This - and the large swimming pool - allows for the perfect holiday atmosphere and a comfortable outside life. From the house it is very easy to take a hike through the landscape filled with olive, almond, eucalyptus and carob trees. Some of the items in the interior where a bit creaky, but this merely adds to the charme of the place. We have had a very good time here.

Pros: From my initial communication with Graham Brown, this holiday went as well as any I have ever had. Graham was extremely helpful during our stay especially when one of my son-in-laws broke a tooth!. The house itself was really comfortable and although full of lovely objects and artwork, it did not feel 'precious' so really relaxing to be in. The pool, however was the star attraction - difficult to get the kids -ours and theirs out- so we didn't see very much of Malaga!. Overall, incredibly good value for money, a great owner and a wonderful house and location.

Pros: We have recently returned from a wonderful week spent at Finca las Adelfas. Our group of 13 included 9 young adults who equally enjoyed relaxing as much as we did and even managed not to focus on their phones too much! I was worried they would find it too quiet but they completely got into the relaxed atmosphere and confessed it was one of their best holidays ever. The local Ventas nearby were an added bonus and excellent value for money. Also, the housekeeper, Gisela, cooked a very delicious seafood paella one evening for us. Malaga is only a 15 minute drive away and is lovely city with great bars and restaurants. The property is very spacious, charming and beautiful. There was plenty of room for us all and lots of separate outdoor places in addition to the large pool which has amazing, wonderful views. Apart from Malaga airport we didn't recall hearing another British accent anywhere all week! - Perfect place and would love to return again.
