"The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap."

"Team is good. WiFi is very bad in the most expensive suite. Maintenance, Cleaning and service is non satisfactory. Es I have arrived, were no towels in room and the safe could not be used also as I moved to the suite which has no internet connection. Don't replace daily the bed sheet, forget replacing towels and force putting "Please clean my room" sign on the door.
